A tooth filled smile and hello to my fellow minions players.
So my local meta may have a Whos the Boss style tournament coming early in the new year.
Point limits are 50 + 30 warnouns points. Any ideas on rocking the swamp with minions?

Whos the boss is an alt rules game. A list is made with a certain point value, in this case 50 points and you treat your list as if it had 30 warnoun jack/beast points.
At the beginning of each round you randomly select a Warnoun from all available Warnouns in the game, that is your caster. Warnouns have all their key words changed to reflect their new army. For example if a Hordes army rolls a Warcaster any spells that say Jack are treated as if they say beast.

So far Im thinking something along these lines.
50pts Who Boss 1
BOSS - WB: +30 - Battle Boar - PC: 7 (Battlegroup Points Used: 7) - Road Hog - PC: 16 (Battlegroup Points Used: 16) - War Hog - PC: 15 (Battlegroup Points Used: 7)
Gatorman Witch Doctor - PC: 4 Kwaak Slickspine & Gub, Croak Sorcerers - PC: 4 Underchief Mire - PC: 4 - Blackhide Wrastler - PC: 16 Swamp Gobber Chef - PC: 1
Farrow Brigands - Leader & 5 Grunts: 9 - Farrow Brigand Warlord - PC: 4
Or if Mire seems like an over investment. Maybe remove him to get something more like this.
Minions - Who Boss 2 50/50 BOSS - WB: +30 - Battle Boar - PC: 7 (Battlegroup Points Used: 7) - Road Hog - PC: 16 (Battlegroup Points Used: 16) - War Hog - PC: 15 (Battlegroup Points Used: 7) - Battle Boar - PC: 7
Gatorman Witch Doctor - PC: 4 Kwaak Slickspine & Gub, Croak Sorcerers - PC: 4 Bone Shrine - PC: 2 Bone Shrine - PC: 2 Feralgeist - PC: 2 Feralgeist - PC: 2
Farrow Brigands - Leader & 9 Grunts: 15 - Farrow Brigand Warlord - PC: 4

Is there a rule preventing you from mix and matching pig and gator Warbeasts in the one battlegroup in this format?

Is there a rule preventing you from mix and matching pig and gator Warbeasts in the one battlegroup in this format? There is a rule for that, yes. A list’s Faction identity is based on the warjacks in the Boss’s battlegroup. All other models must be members of that same faction or Mercenaries and Minions that will work for that faction ● Theme forces are NOT allowed when creating a Who's The Boss list. ● Cephalyx are an exception to the above rule. If building a Cephalyx list treat the Boss as a Cephalyx caster and build according to a valid theme force for them. ● A Mercenaries list that contains Rhulic warjacks in the Boss’s battlegroup can only contain Rhulic warjacks in the Boss’s battlegroup. ● A Minions list may not have both Gatorman and Farrow warbeasts in the Boss’s battlegroup. ● Warcaster and warlock attachments are allowed, but if the selected Boss comes with an attached model, the one you add becomes unattached and function only as a solo. ● Models that can only be included with a specific named or type of warcaster or warlock can not be included in a Who’s the Boss list.
