For any of our seemingly 'under-performing' Trollblood models/units, propose ONE change (no changing point value) that would revitalize it, without making it 'over-powered'.
Mine: Horgle2: Firestarter "Target a friendly Faction model. That model's melee and ranged weapons gain Continuous Effect: Fire"
-Providing an option for Firestarter on a War Wagon or Pummeler would allow an additional non-battlegroup option/method of creating the condition necessary for Horgle2's feat to work.
Madrak3: Protective Aura: While this model has one or more Fury on it, friendly Faction models gain +2 ARM while within its Command Area. A friendly Faction model can only be affected by one Protective Aura. Protective Aura last for one round.
-For chrissakes, let us use his Fury for something besides camping...
Night Troll: Long Leash
-Wouldn't break anything. Just might give POD a fighting chance.

Slag Troll: any other Animus.
Borka1: let him bring the runebearer.
Impaler: RoF 2.
Fennblade Kithkar: Weapon Master.
Horgle 1: remove limit on what warbeasts he can take. Or, give him a different spell than molten metal.
Skinner: Jump.
Burrowers: increase speed while dug in.
Bushwhackers: RAT 5.
Sons of Bragg: let them benefit from other fell calls.
Highwaymen: RNG 10.
Runeshapers: Cost 8.
Scouts: give the guy with the pig the bacon rule.
Caber thrower: remove single shot.

Good suggestions and there are a lot more out there.
But if I were to make only one change (or addition rather) it would be to add an arc node to the faction. No Mulg doesn't count, he's too expensive, not allowed in all themes etc. As a cheap solo or even a non-character light warbeast, it would fix a lot of problems imo.

Ill suggest some changes to models that are not the VERY worst, but that could easily be way better and appealing.
Champion hero: 2" reach.
Pummeler: carapace to save it from dying to litterally any ranged attack in the game.
Scatter gunners: pow 14 so they can actually threaten tightly packed high ARM infantry.

You said no changing point costs, but there are several cases where that is exactly what is needed.
Warlocks Borka 1: Yeah, the Runebearer would help a lot, but even Vexing Alignment would work if they don't want to change them to a unit. Calandra: More Warbeast Points. 29 seems to be the average for us. Grissel 1: Her feat should instead allow the use of Cacophany once but Ballad and Hoof It an unlimited number of times. She would still have to target with LOS etc and could only have one call on each target. This would be much stronger than her current feat without being nearly as overpowered as the Mk2 one. (Doomy 1 and Madrak 3 would need multiple changes.)
Warbeasts Blitzer: Point cost 14 Brawler: Point cost 15 Dozer & Smig: Upgrade to "Big Meaty Fist" Mulg: Can always channel spells, even if the animus changes to something fairly weak Night Troll: Long Leash Slag Troll: Needs an animus Impaler: Point cost 9 if not 8
Units Dhunian Knot: Freebie in POD Scattergunners: Critical Brutal Damage, especially since one of the best buffs that we have for them is Fortune. Sons of Bragg: Why are these idiots 11 points? As stupid as the Theme Songs rule is, and two of their three Fell Calls making me ask "Why not just make them Steady?" to make them less garbage with a single change I could only cut their point cost by a LOT, and I mean possibly as low as 7. Highwaymen: I still hate the generic "Pistol;" it's one of the worst ranged weapons in this game. Hand Cannons would be WAY too good here, but there are better options that could work. I really do want the Pistol itself changed, but that would affect a dozen different models, so the unit could simply copy Braylen's "Heavy Pistol," but I think they need the range more, so... could we just call them "Carbine" for that? Runeshapers: If I could make only one change I would just give them AD, even over the cost reduction that they also need. Scouts: Upgrade Prowl to Stealth. Warders: Discount to 9/15. Both weapon crews gain Advance Deployment. Boomhowler gains Partisan.
Solos Fell Caller: SPD 6 Fennblade Kithkar: No Sleeping on the Job for Fennblades Horthol: Counts toward Freebies in Band of Heroes Janissa: Leadership upgraded to Elite Cadre Chronicler and Skinner: Cost cut to 3 or even 2 Champ Hero: 2-inch melee
And the Hooch Hauler needs longer range on its main gun, either 10 flat or Steam Pressure for 12 total if it aims.

Alternative to cost cutting on the chronicler: change charge of the trolls to +2" move when running or charging.

And I don't want keg carrier to be unit with Borka because that would limit Borkas play (as I he would not be able to charge and get top-off). Another way to get Grissel1 feat would be let her choose one fellcall and that would affect whole control.

The Fell Caller is not even allowed in POD, is only played in KC because the options for freebies there are so poor, and is sometimes not played in SOTN when everything has Pathfinder already. I am also reluctant to make them a unit, for much the same reasons. While it would not offer any of the Runebearer's other bonuses, Vexing Alignment would mean a 14-inch CTRL range, which would be awesome. We could get some actual use out of Mosh Pit then. Or if Top Off worked a little differently, they could just make him 6 FURY. As for Grissel 1, that might still be a bit much, but I'd take it. With my idea, she still has to actually get to targets in RNG and LOS.

Allow either Krielstone Elder to be a free option in PoD. It's a free option in the other themes.
Make Whelps 3 points. Not because they're overcosted, but because it's the only 4 point solo available in every theme and it wouldn't be broken at 3 points. Having a 3 point solo would give us a lot more list building flexibility.

PoD - Fix up the units/solos to things that actually support beasts, I think also making the stone a free choice? Even just a min stone or something? To offset the cost of beasts. Beasts/Units/Stone - Remove the stone tax, possibly rework it so that it doesn't give armour? But keep the anti stealth, incorp bonus, just totally rework it. Trollnode! - Would be an amazing addition, no mulg doesn't count. Hooch Hauler - Increase range on main gun (was mentioned above somewhere, I agree).
