Playing at my local shop my first game with Borka 1 and Rok I used the stumbling drunk ability but then was later told when I do it my opponent gets to attack when I leave combat but I would still be out of there melee range. Someone please explain

I believe your opponent is mistaken. The Stumbling Drunk rules states that your model (Rok in this case) is pushed D3 inches. If the push causes him to leave an enemy's melee range he doesn't take a free strike as the rule for pushes states taht a pushed model doesn't take free strikes. I suspect your opponent didn't understand that Stumbling Drunk is a push, maybe gently inform them of it if you play them again with the same situation

If you are PUSHED out of melee (by stumbling drunk or wotnot) you do NOT take a free strike. You only take free strikes if you ADVANCE out from melee range.

Only an a-hole punches someone who's STUMBLING drunk! Unless both parties are stumbling drunk. In which case you end up on LivePD for the entertainment of millions.
