If I lived in NA, I'd've already ordered one, screw the rules, I'm a hoarder!
However, let's see what BAHI EU has to offer, eh?!

I have a list in mind for it but the point cost really matters. List is sitting at 74/75 pts and im hoping it goes up a point and gets stronger or goes down a point and stays the same so i can squeeze in another mechanic. As long as it keeps slipstream ill be happy.

This is what I was thinking, the aesthetics are a bit too warhammer for me. But I also don't play Ret, and it is a cool looking model, it just didn't feel right for the setting in my opinion. But hey, if people like it, great. Looks like a cool armored hover speeder.

We'll have to see what it looks like in pieces to see which way works best.

Rules are available on the card database, but not WarRoom yet... so, we buying?!
...
For NA, I'll assume the answer is 'yes'... though I'm disappointed by the pre-order bonus. Just a pin?!

appears to be the same stats from CID wk2 update 2 for those who still have the CID documents but don't want to fiddle around with the card database or wait for war room to update.
I'm still waiting on the war room update before I make any decision so I can play with my saved lists a bit to see where I can fit it in.
that said, a pin isn't enough incentive for me to preorder it, that and tbh I really don't like 3d3 ROF. would have much preferred something with consistency, but thresher cannons gonna thresher cannon. and according to the dev update from september when our CID went through it'll fit into FoW and LoD, neither of which I personally play that much of as I like the play style of SotR more and prefer the flexibility of DoI to the strictness of FoW/LoD. but we'll see after some theorycrafting in war room.

it was a drink cozy for the hooch hauler. Which is cool! The Shrine one was an oven mitt, I would've wanted something fitting... like a novelty branded three-pronged barbecue fork...(!) Which would come with a whole new slew of memes.

I wonder if they will make some change before updating warroom, though i doubt it, as it would have an impact over pre-orders.
This thing is a monster. It has it all: exceptional ranged offensive output (3d3 it's great even if a bit random, taking into account (i)the 3 pseudo-focus, (ii) shooting gallery and (iii) smite), great defensive stats (12/20 optional 14/20 and 30 hitpoints), fast (spd 7 plus reposition 3", plus it can charge), and tricky (slipstream and coordinated movement). ANd all of this for the modest price of 16 points?
It's wrong and will definitely change the competitive meta, but I'll finally experience the feeling of Mk2 Haley2 XD.
It even counts for free models in Legion of Dawn and Defenders! I imagine that up until the inevitable future nerf, most competitive retri list will field two tridents.

pseudo focus can't shake effects, can't trample and shoot, can't see through stealth, only armor 18 if TKed around backwards, 3d3 eats clock every turn, can't put warjack/battlegroup only buffs on it, not effected by battlegroup only feats/upkeeps.
not trying to say your points aren't valid but there's a reason it's only 16 points.
