With up coming battle engines changes coming into CID I have been thinking and potentially like most of you hoping for the TEP to remain largely untouched but if they did add an army wide buff like the others one seem to be getting ....I was thinking a command wide passive that increases induction range by 2-3 inches ?....thoughts ?

I'm not going to speculate. Speculation leads to bitterness.
I'd be happy if they leave the TEP untouched, but I'll be optimistic and hope for [Insert random ability/HP buff here].

I won't be surprised if it gets some boxes. I will be surprised if it gets anything more

Most likely it will gain some boxes like the other ones and then that would be it. Which would be ok with me.

Would definitely make sense to give it more boxes since it's so huge with solid-looking plates for armor.

I was hoping for at least some change just so I would have a kinda new model for convergence.

honestly, I feel like the lack of change for the TEP might be a psuedo-balancing for the issues with Axis Galvispam. They don't want to give us something that will break the game more, which would put us higher in tournament standings than we already are.
I think I see why they didn't do anything for us, but I don't like it. It's gonna put the TEP a little behind the other engines, I think.

I'm not even sure Axis galvanizer spam is that good with the new 2017 steamroller. I haven't tried it yet though.

the big thing about Axis spam isn't if it's as good as it used to be (it probably is), its that its still viable because of our theme. Everyone else still has to pay attention and make adjustments so they can bring the models they'd need to take the different points, but Axis can spam a full list of warjacks and still have the solos required for smaller objectives. I'm counting on there being a nerf either to Axis or Galvanizers, and I'm not sure which its gonna be.

I won't be surprised if they nerf bulldoze to once/model instead of once/activation.

Bulldoze seems much weaker for scenario play now that you need to score 6 more points than your opponent to be able to win. I'm not expecting any of it to get nerfed at all.

Depending on how many galvanizers we are talking about jack spam doesn't seem to be any worse off and if it's 19 of them then that is a lot of hit boxes to chew through

Even if the TEP gets nothing but bonus boxes, it's still probably ahead of most of the other battle engines. It's not always about raw power, but utility, and the TEP always had exceptional amounts of utility and versatility. It had an unlimited range of targets and was able to do significant damage to anything, combined with decent defenses in form of sac-pawning drones/blockers and it was quite survivable even with half the boxes.
