Wondering if anyone's pulled together a quick guide to facing each faction in a tournament: through the prism of 3 strong 'standard' lists (themes / casters). I'm thinking just enough to vaguely understand their gameplan and any gotchas, an example list and a list of key models to read the cards for ~5 per list.
If it doesn't exist, is there any interest in creating such a guide? Below is a format similar to Battlecollege, with a really stripped down guide to 1 list I know well. Not too sure what the 'top 3' lists in each faction would be, but maybe if everyone posts a guide to a strong list they know we'd get somewhere

Dreamer - Dark Menagerie
Sample list (Pat Dunford)
Dreamer
- 3x Cage Ragers
- 2x Skin and Moans
- 3x Gorehound
- 2x Crabbits
4x Gremlin Swarms
Death Knell
Gameplan / win condition
Use high armour, boxes, arcana and crabbit shield guards to absorb alpha, then play for attrition. Some scenario & 1 alpha possibility with 3" place effect on Abyssal Gate. Will use phantasms and incorporeal gremlin swarms to contest.
Gotchas, tips, and key pieces
- Sacrifice Arcana will heal all heavies if you kill a model (even a phantasm or a shield guarding crabbit)- avoid half killing multiple heavies.
- Cage Ragers can arcane vortex to cancel spells if they have a corpse
- Skin and Moans are main damage dealers and can kill almost anything under manifest destiny & full corpses. Kill them before they get corpses if you get the chance as each corpse is +1 Str & Arm.
- Death Knell gives +2 arm to all FF models nearby and can move corpses around
- Phantasms spawn when they kill a model in Dreamers Ctrl. They trigger arcana (as warriors), can activate the turn they spawn, and give corpses to Death Knell.
