So I bought two All-in-One boxes for CG. I've assembled one vindicator and one suppressor, and plan to assemble the second vindicator as well. However, with the second suppressor, I'm considering using the vindicator sprue from a Multi-Kit.
I guess my question is whether you guys think a second suppressor will ever be useful or if I'd ever use a 3rd vindicator for that matter. I plan to buy two multi-kits for Toros so I'll have the sprue for the vindicator or suppressor configurations but won't have a 3rd toro sprue available.
Not interested in magnetizing.

I'm with you on this question. I didn't buy two starter boxes though, because initially my thoughts were on magnatizing. But after much consideration, I decided to just straight build my kits.
I built the two from the starter and have another vindicator built because I want two of those in my current list. Vindicator x2 means i can keep one further behind my front line so my opponent cant stop it from making a mx phase attack via locke by running someone into melee. In all, I picked up 2 kits and one starter.
I think the old Khador Destroyer bears enough resemblance to the crucible guard jacks that i can pick up a few of them on the cheap and mod them with the leftover sprue pieces in the CG kits. That way, I will have 3 of each vindicator and suppressor, and 2 toros. All I have to do is mod 4 khador jacks.
I do want to try supressor x3 just once, because burning things is fun.

Admittedly that does sound entertaining!
I'm still in the assembly phase so haven't gotten any games yet with them, but in my theory-machining I haven't found a spot for a 2nd suppressor yet. That just also happens to be the case for a 3rd vindicator.

I have played games with 2 Suppressors (pre-Toro) and I can think of lists in which that is a valid choice. I think that you would use 2 Suppressors more often than you would use 3 Vindicators, although both are unlikely. Best situation, magnetize it.

I went with 2 suppressor, 2 vindicator and 3 Toro. I can't see taking any more than that. I use double vindicators all the time and use triple toro in my locke list (probably changing to 2). Suppressors I've only been using one of, but a few ideas I've had run 2.

Also will be getting a Vulcan when they hit the market.

I have 1 suppressor, 1 vindicator, 2 toro, and a vulcan. That plus a couple of each light has been enough for any list I want to run.

I just came by to say I bought a Toro and a Nomad for my Llaelese resistance list the other day and sweet baby jebus is the Toro an ordeal to build at 48 parts compared to the Nomad's 11.
Just wanna give you CG players props for the commitment on building multiple of these suckers, they look very pretty!

The Newmad is pretty meh anyway, the old metal one looks far better (and has even less parts)

My final count was 3 Suppressor, 2 vindicator, 2 retaliator, 2 liberator and 3 Toro. A Vulcan is on my workbench, and I believe another will be joining shortly along with a pair of Nomads. The 3 Toro were built using Ironclad chassis with the stacks cut and placed together with an additional set from the Lancer kit. i.redd.it/1mcljt8h7ux11.jpgI think this total reflects most of the builds I want to play. I don't think CG really wants to be a single jack spamming faction. There are too many good combos, so much synergy lost when spamming one jack.
