Steelheads also have fewer glaring problems and a smaller model count. And steelheads don't have moarbarmu. Can we implement a new Stealhead caster based on my IKRPG character?

Cause i feel like the dorf weaponmasters and BE get more play than steelhead anything and Ossrum just does what damiano does better. Totally agree, but none of the steelhead stuff (aside from maybe the whole cav package) is bad. It's just not really supported given the type of lists we are running. Dwarves are a list that currently "works" so it gets more time.
Dwarves also have:
3 Casters to Steelheads 1 A battle engine A colossal 6 jacks to 1 Steelhead (sorta) specific one 6 units to 3 Steelhead ones 3 solos to 2
And probably most importantly, a themeforce specifically designed to support them. By my estimation, we should talk about them 3x at least. /s

If they were restored back to 5 Damage as well as having Magical Weapons, they would be much more desired. Even without the 5 Damage, if they could project their Cloud beyond themselves, it would greatly increase their desirability.

Same Magic Ability.
Magic Weapons vs spreading continuous fire (admittedly stronger punch before spread).
Immunity to their damage type is the same.
3 spells vs 2 spells, but have an aura that gives Continuous Fire. Cloud castable on friendly model and the Cloud moves vs Cloud on self... oh well.
Oh, the Arcanist Corps also were in the original Company of Iron for Mercs while the Ternion were not for Khador.
Most of these 3 man units should be bumped back to being 5 damage, it is a little hard for a unit to survive on 3 Damage. But since this is a Rhul focused thread, that's why I focused on that.

So something that the lot of you get wrong about the Tactical Arcanist Corp.
Their smoke bomb is the same rules as trencher infantry, so should you be able to repo them they can walk out of their own cloud.
Not that it is very useful on a spd 4 models but it was a change from the mkii versions to mkiii version
