I am getting into CoC after picking up the new All in One Army Box. What other essential models do I need to get or add for 75 pt games?

Well, it already has a good selection of things in there. Do the heavy jack kits come with the options to build the other variations? If so, get some magnets and magnetize those suckers. Iron Mother's competitive lists typically also field a Prime Axiom and sometimes a Transfinite Emergence Projector, so those should be on your list of things to pick up in the future as well.
Also, our Theme list is really quite strong at the moment, so you'll need a selection of the floating eye-bot servitors to deploy. I recommend grabbing 3 sets of reflex and elimination servitors, two of attunement and one of accretion, for good measure.
I hope that's helpful.

So, as a note, I would like to specify that I seem to be playing a different game then everyone else. So take it as it is.
Your first purchase needs to be magnets and a hobby drill. Feel free to forget about magnetizing the heads, no one will ever notice. Just one magnet in each arm and you're good to go. Now you can swap between the Assimilator, modulator, and the Conservitor.
The next unit purchase you'll want is three units of reflex servitors, and one unit of Attunement. These can drop in basically any theme list you make. Everyone loves more accuracy and a front line jammers. After that, I would pick up a TEP(our battle engine) if you plan to branch out into Axis or Father. If you plan to stick to Mother or Syth, then pick up a Prime Axiom.
Here is what I would probably do if I didn't care about money. The only unit from the box you don't use is the caster and the infantry. But our infantry suck anyway. Father [Buy] -Corollary [Box] -Conservitor [Magnetized from Box] -Conservitor [Magnetized from Box] -Conservitor [Buy and Magnetize] -Inverter [Magnetized from Box] -Inverter [Buy and Magnetize] -Transfinite Emergence Projector [Buy] -Reflex Servitor [Buy] -Reflex Servitor [Buy] -Reflex Servitor [Buy] -Attunement Servitor [Buy] -Elimination Servitor [Buy] -Elimination Servitor [Buy] -Optifex Directive [From Box] -Algorithmic Dispersion Optifex [Buy]
Reflex servitors stand on the front line blocking charge lanes and waiting to get charged/killed. The Jacks stand behind the reflexes. Killing the reflex servitors now power up the conservitors to Pow 17. Combine that with Lucant to push it to Pow 20 attacks with MAT 10. Need to make sure something hits? Use the Inverters to knock it down.
Something got close to your caster? Lucant's spells let an Inverter turn around and attack whatever ended its movement near him. Land a hit and that pesky enemy is now knocked down too. No more attempted assassination for that guy.
TEPs and Elimination are there to deal with infantry. Remember those pesky Iron Fangs and Sentinels everyone likes to take? The Eliminations have puncture. Attunements help the TEPs hit and thus drop their dice into more damage/shots. They can also help the other servitors hit.
If your enemy has a high power ranged attack, let a servitor die to it via shield guard, instead of trashing a jack. Likewise your jacks should take weak hits, that wont scratch their armor for the servitors.
Also remember you can 'chain' together several shield guards to move AoEs far away from everyone or to kill a servitor next to one of your Conservitors(and thus get him a boost).
Once you start looking at father's spells and all the things they can do and the different synergies, the list starts to get disgusting

Awesome replies and advice. I do own a drill and magnets so I will take your advice. I'm not sure on caster yet so I will wait before branching out too much but those model suggestions are helpful so I will pick up some servitors.

Just now had a chance to read through that strat in detail faelin. That sounds awesome. I am still reading through all the cards in War Room but I think that will be a good list for me to build toward. Thanks for the detailed reply.

As far as magnetizing goes for the crab jack, because one of the heads is a weapon for it, you might want to consider magnetizing that, or just finagle a way to mount the head on top with green stuff or something

Hilariously I don't think anyone can even tell the Monitor or Inverter faces apart. Definitely can't tell the floating heads apart. I am tempted to just glue on my floating heads instead of having them also be magnetized.
