It occurred to me that none of our character myrmidons (not sure about Hypnos, but think he's the same) are bonded in the conventional sense. Or rather, their bonds were specifically created, rather than by persistent proximity.
Vyros installed the cortex of Imps himself because he knew he'd be getting this particular badass modded Phoenix (IIRC)
Issy secreted herself away with Hemera for days on end and came out with the bond
And likewise with Disco/Moros (& Hypnos?)
i.e. they were all purpose built prototypes or one-offs for their casters, not bound and slowly changed by long service.
Would it be alright to have a 'traditionally' generated bond for a new character myrmidon with one of our casters? Dumb question, the answer is yes... but still.
I ask... or rather, simply bring this up, because in a moment of boredom just now while I wait for my shift to start, I had a gander at some junk fanfiction I wrote for Mk2 Ret stories... just random scenes, including the point at which Kae goes epic and gets a character Chimera. Hell, in my notes for Psyche (the character Chimera), she has 'Affinity' and 'Special Issue' however redundant the latter was...!
Also, I noticed something I wrote at the bottom of Psyche's main rules entry:
While this may make sense purely from a fluff perspective (e.g. cases like Blessing of Vengeance on Severius0 still benefits from bond and BoV even existing to be in Sev0's BG being my point), would it be reasonable from a gameplay perspective (that is, for casters/characters to take character jacks when it makes no in-story sense, purely from a timeline perspective, not a 'would they given the choice' sense)?

Time Displacement [Prime Kaelyssa] – This model may not be included in an army containing Kaelyssa, Night’s Whisper.
