Random idea that popped in my head:
In the lore, Nephilim can lead squads into battle. What if our nephilim got a Leadership ability? Bolt throwers would buff Archers, Soldiers would buff Swordsmen, Protectors could buff Legionnaires, Bloodseers would buff Hex Hunters. I'm not sure what these abilities would be, but it could make the unyielding buff to nephilim in CotD a lot more useful an make more sense. It would also let the free points generation make more sense as well.

I think that is a really cool idea and having a beast provide an infantry buff would be a pretty unique feature in the game. I can think of a few leadership effects that would help the nyss infantry out a lot.
The bloodseer could give a command range concealment effect to the hexhunters. That way I would feel ok about bringing them with other casters besides T1 or Kryssa who can already provide that effect.
The soldier could give some sort of relentless charge or other method for giving swordsmen pathfinder.
Sadly I haven't played archers or legionares enough to know what either of those units need to be effective again.

Concealment is an interesting idea, though I feel some way to buff their magic attacks would be more appropriate. Relentless charge for the Soldier seems like a great idea, I love that. Legionnaires aren't as bad as everyone says they are. They can hold a zone fairly well on their mini-feat turn. Perhaps the protector could give them defensive line? Archers... Are both really good, and really bad. If you can keep the whole unit alive long enough for them to get to their target, they HURT. Like a lot. They won't bring down heavies, but you'll probably knock out a system or aspect. I feel like the bolt thrower should either give them a buff to their ranged attack (which is hard, considering their double CRA), or some way to make them more survivable, that would still make sense.

I like the idea. I think the bloodseer is already good for its points, and already buffs the hex hunters' (and more) magical attack.
I think it would be hilariously thematic (and near useless in most cases) for the bolt thrower to grant quick work to nearby FF warriors. Maybe worth it on striders.
I think it would be fun for the soldier and protector to also do something akin to that and the bloodseer's telemetry, but nothing small or situational enough to be reasonable comes to mind.

Protector could give immunity to blast damage to stuff within 3" of it. Soldier could give mark target?

Protector could give immunity to blast damage to stuff within 3" of it. Soldier could give mark target? As high as Legionnaire armor gets (in relation to blast damage), I don't know that blast damage is really a concern. Mark Target would need to be on the Bolt Thrower, as its a ranged ability only... That said, archers don't really need any help with accuracy due to CRA, so I'm not a fan.

The solider and protector could get passive abilities while around warrior models. Like righteous vengeance and righteous fury.

After some thinking:
Nephilim Protector would give Legionnaires Defensive Line
Nephilim Soldier would give Swordsmen Relentless Charge
No change needed for the Nephilim Bloodseer, as it already has Telemetry to buff Hex Hunters with. That said, I wouldn't mind a speed buff, as the Bloodseer is going to have a hard time keeping up.
Nephilim Bolt Throwers would give Archers ____ (They don't need an accuracy or damage buff. I thought about Swift Hunter, but that encroaches on strider territory. I thought about Quick Work as well, but they're just too low P+S to bother. Now, what could be interesting, is if an archer is B2B with the Bolt Thrower, they gain Volume Fire, but, thats probably too much with CRA, even with the B2B limitation.)

Cool wishlisting thread I allways wanted something like this for zuriel in relation to the other nephilim (at the time I wanted him to grant "flank zuriel" to the soldiers to make them worth their while yet keeping it tricky get something out of it). Having the lesser nephilim grant similar effects to the elves is awesome. Given this idea is executed correctly I think it will solve the issues for the childer theme and it makes so much sense.

Maybe he could give them the leadership ability like the bronzeback to remove a fury point when they end in his cmd? This would ease some of the burden of running them in groups.
