Which spell do you see Kolgrimma casting through Mulg most often?
Are you planning on running Mulg up to 4 fury every turn?
Is your plan to hide kolgrimma behind the clouds?
Maybe fire eaters, toads and mulg just aren't meant to be. Have you looked at her in PoD?

Runebearer is another spray, hunters mark or cursed fate source.
Mulg is in there, but doesn't need to go max fury every turn, or if he does and has to kill spells, he can do so without starving kolgrimma fury because of the other beasts.
Brawler offers cold immune armor cracking. Winter is cheap spray and basher is good at bashing things.
Brun and Lug seem nuts, but they are cold immune, and offer a weird countercharge/yoyo mechanic with another armor cracker.
Shaman provides another cloud, and the small krielstone is because some of the outliers (minions) dont need to stay inside the bubble, and the beast brick is kind of slow, even with the speed buff from hunters mark and the elder. Yes, the elder is northkin because there is magic in the group and speed is vital.
Knot helps manage fury and gives rerolls to winter and mulg.
Farrow chill in a zone and love cursed fate. Also, they can hit 20 shots with hog wild and Prey scares stuff.
Another PoD Ive seen takes full advantage of clouds, running 2 shaman and a unit of gobbers.
Good luck, whatever you do.
