I get ya there man, been crazy for me too, no worries.
Imperial Warhost can really hit like a sack of bricks and I use Zaadesh2 for that and have had a ton of fun and success with it, but double turtle and 4 titans is a really tight list and it certainly gets handled by certain matchups, so my pair now is Morghoul2 in DoA. The Wrastler and paingivers get his beasts to absurd power. I run a Swamp Horror and he just murders heavies like crazy with pow 17 tentacles and 21 beak. I run 3 units of Valkyries and a unit of brigands to get a lot more work done and clog up the table, which they do very well. It can handle infantry and a good amount of armor. I think there is a ton of unexplored territory in DOA that can crack tons of armor and stay on the table for quite some time.
I think buffing lights to hit hard is definitely a tactic that can get a ton of work done right now, but the meta seems to mostly still be Turtles and Titans derping up the table. I have a ton of fun with it, but I think either way has it's benefits and drawbacks in the current meta.

My biggest concern is the low number of handlers.
