Interesting that Kolgrimma most common BG's are mauler & bomber. There are some other wacky ones, my favorite being the 4 winter trolls.

Seems a bit skewed towards Colgrimma and Tim Banky on first sight. A bit sad, as a lot of caster are also very much viable right now!

Cool to see Madrack 2 playing around in BoH. I always Liked Him with Long riders so we shall see how well it preforms!

Three wagon lists! Who Hoo! I'm little surprised Kolgrima dominate lists so badly. She is great, but we have many other good casters as well.

Borka1, Doomie1, Grim2, Madrak3 = no representation Yep, I've found it difficult to perceive a compelling reason to play these.
Apparently though, PP found the mark on Kolgrimma/SotN as a compelling new warlock and/or Theme option.

My guess is no. Looking at the impact attack rules, I believe they're considered to take place during movement, whereas Berserk specifies "during Combat Action."

It's funny how there were complaints during the CiD that the bears were overnerfed and that Kolgrimma is not strong enough.
Literally the most used caster and unit (outside of stone) in trolls. If bears were allowed in other themes everyone would bring em too.

Sample size. WTC is wierd, and so on. Here are som ed more stats to chew on:
According to WMH battle reporter, over the last 6 months Madrak1 was the most played, at 84 games with 60% of them wins. The rest of the most played are:
Grim1: 60 games @ 70% win rate Kolgrimma: 54 @ 50% Borka2: 50 @ 58% Doomy3: 35 @ 65% Calandra: 16 @ 87%, but this is a very small sample.

WMH Battle reporter is mostly north american site (At least what I have seen. There is tournaments from Europe too, but I think at least 75% of results are from US and Canada) and WTC is mostly European (54/64 teams came from Europe). Top players follow meta across sea and on forums/facebook both metas talk side by side, but still there is differences what is played. And another is the weird environment where all-round list pair is not always best.

I'm not surprised by Grim1's under-representation here at WTC, he's obnoxious to travel with.
That said, Kolgrima is QUITE surprising. I expected her to be a third behind Bearka and Madrak1, not more than the two of them combined. Sure she can do a decent SotN list but so can the other two (and arguably far better for both unless you're expecting little to no cloud tech), and Madrak does BoH better than her arguably. Her PoD list is at an all time low with the current steamroller packet, which leaves her in an awkward place. Maybe something novel will shake out from here, I'm excited to see how it goes!

That was kind of how I figured it would be as well. Clearly, europe plays differently from the americas. I wish i had more insight as to how they were playing, but a couple of the blogs i used to follow dried up after last year's WTC.

It does show how differently we view casters. Madrak1 has fell off so hard since the start of the year.
Kolgrima is the strongest caster and list pairings build around suring up her weaknesses. She gets more out of SotN than any other caster. That said, I'll guess we'll see at the WTC.
