I have been playing around with a potential una hit and run style list
Una - tharn theme Feral 5xscarsfeld Full bloodtrackers w/nuala Full wolf riders Shifting stones Death wolfs (3x corpses from theme)
It ends up being quite resiliant to shooting via stealth and wind wall. Offensive shooting power is good witb pow 9 wm hand of feight shooting, albeit short range shooting. If una is up front most of the army has some form of reposition. It also cracks armor very well as almost everything is decent at killing arm 18/19 and hand of feight pushes that up to killing kador jack levels.
I tried it once and it ended up playing decently.
Thoughts/improvements?

The list is nice, but, sad to say, but I would play her out of theme. Double sentry is so much (SO MUCH) better than death wolves for a very similar price. If you want to leave everything else as it is, you can switch a scarsfell for a rotterhorn/razorwing, it doesn't change much since you usually need one to run/engage.

I kinda like it. Had you considered the pros and cons (there are both) to running the same list under Kaya3? I seem to end up asking myself that about every Una list I run into these days...

I suspect that kaya3 wants an entirely different beast package. Synergy takes a few activations to build up so requires more activations or stronger initials.
Also, she doesnt give sprint which is really good.
Yea, sentry stones are just plane awesome. Out of theme i lose nuala as well which may end up becoming the downside of sentry stones. 10 points + loss of free models.

For me Una2 really wants reeves with Hand of Fate. it's the one big thing that Kaya3 doesn't do.

I've been playing an Una2 list in Devourers Host theme which is proving solid results.
List is;
Una2 3 Scarsfell Ghetorix Gorax Max Wolf Riders Wolf Rider Champ Max Blood Pack 2 Shifting Stones 2 FREE Shamans
The Shamans are amazing in the list, and enable so much to happen and so many matchups open up because of the access to magical weapons wherever I want.
I'd try running your list a few times and see how it goes.

How are the blood pack working out for you. I have been super mopey on them since the edition change. I've been finding them great to be honest. The shaman makes them a really great unit, tough no knockdown is always a solid ability to have on a unit. The fact they ignore forests as well can be really useful, and put significant pressure on your opponent to have to deal with them. Hand of Fate polishes a lot of things, but POW13 ranged weapons with access to Sigil of Power is really solid, and the assault ability means you can get some really good early pressure into some matchups. I've been finding that 13/16 light warjacks really really don't like them. Further more, Mirage on them catches people out as well. I find myself switching Hand of Fate and Mirage between the 2 units a turn, allowing both units to pressure at range, and having some threat extension / easy access to unblocking on one unit.

Also, she doesnt give sprint which is really good. Yea, sentry stones are just plane awesome. Out of theme i lose nuala as well which may end up becoming the downside of sentry stones. 10 points + loss of free models. Synergy takes a few activations to build up, but so does Flank. First beast in gets nothing either way. Second gets +1/+1 or +2/+3.5, so Flank is clearly better, though more restricted on where the model can go. But then your first target is dead and the third Flank beast is often back to no bonus (even with the Sprint,) while the third Synergy beast is up to +2/+2. And Flank doesn't work at all on the Feral. In a list with 5 Scarsfeld's and a Feral, I could see either ability paying off better or worse depending on the opponent and your playstyle. Sprint is really good, but you only get to move when you kill something. Which is great against infantry swarms, but against jack spam, with 5 Scarsfelds in your list, means maybe 2 or 3 of them get a move. Kaya3, on the other hand, gives them all Reposition - you can't move nearly as far, but you can move all of them, including the Feral. Again, I could see either being more useful depending on circumstances; Reposition probably isn't going to let you retreat out of charge range, but then Sprint doesn't often let you do that either. And it will often be enough to let you engage another target to limit your opponent's target selection (or at least get a free strike.)
