I can't access the CID documents at work. What do the current tier changes look like? Have ghost snipers been added to another tier? Guardian is now in all tiers? Stuff like that. I know I could be patient, but you all will probably get me answers in less time than my ten hour shift.

Respectively... (and only Wk3 updates):
Quoting the Pagani:
"Lord Ghyrrshyld, the Forgiven: We wanted to give Goreshade4's feat a little more resilience against Remove from Play effects so we are allowing the stationary effect to trigger off of destroy or RFP.
Change the first sentence of Whispers of the Veld to:
"When an enemy model without Immunity: Cold XICONX destroys or removes from play one or more friendly models in Ghyrrshyld’s control range with a melee attack, the enemy model becomes stationary for one round after the attack is resolved."
Ravyn, The Eternal Light: Ravyn is feeling fairly powerful to us at the time but instead of changing stats or rules we decided to look at Warjack points.
Warjack points 28.
Retribution Theme Force: Forges of War: Adding the Trident to the theme could open it up a little and give a wider variety of options.
Add “Dawnguard Trident battle engines” to the Army Composition section.
Retribution Theme Force: Legions of Dawn: We're not happy with where the benefits are at with Legions of Dawn. This is a quite powerful theme simply based on the models included. We hope these benefits will remain enticing while also being thematic and interesting but also not push any models over the top.
Change the third benefit to the following:
Warjacks in this army can ignore friendly Dawnguard models when determining LOS. Warjacks in this army can advance through friendly Dawnguard models if they have enough movement to move completely past them.
Change the fourth benefit to the following:
For each Dawnguard unit or battle enginein this army, one Retribution warjack in this army can gain Advance Move. (Before the start of the game, but after both players have deployed, a model with Advance Move can make a full advance.)."
No, Ghost Snipers have not been added, yes, the Guardian is available in all tiers, yes, the new Dawnguard Advance Move benefit has been criticised because it lets Ravyn have a Hydra shoot into enemy DZ by at least 2" no matter how you cut it, yes, Advance Move on jacks makes Tactician[warjacks for Dawnguard] a bit funny, and I haven't the faintest idea what to make of the Trident in Forges...

I would check out conflict chamber and just see the options, ghost snipers have indeed been added to Legions.

Thanks. You are the awesome. Conflict chamber is blocked too, as a "Gaming" site. I don't make these rules.

It gets confusing.
