Hmmmm....
Well, you're using the two warlocks I have the absolute least experience with, so that's something. Based off my Dreamer list (which is fairly similar) I would consider dropping a Skin & Moans in the Wanderer list for a unit of Dread Rots. They can serve as a roadblock to protect the Skin & Moans, provide bodies to the Death Knell (and thus Skin & Moans), can grab unit-required zones (in theory), and are the smaller-based model needed to trigger the Shadow Arcana, which is really good if going against heavy-spam like Gaspy3 9 Slayers.
But other than that...yeah. I don't have enough success with either KoN or Wanderer to critique. I am really curious how these go, though. So please update with reports on how they do.

Ill consider that. I can also Change one S&M into an additional CR, Drop one of the Gorehounds and fit in a min. unit of Rots. Which I might consider.

I love the king of nothing, but I think you're missing a big trick of his in that build. His trump arcana is surprisingly powerful, but you need to build a list that takes advantage of it.
I tend to include the following in all of my KoN lists:
- 4 crabbits - 2 gorehounds - 1 Rattler
All of these can be played very aggressively, and jam up an infantry-heavy opponent on turn #2 or #3. Then when one dies, you pop Taste of Ashes. at this point your opponent has the unappealing choice of either letting all of that live, jamming him out of prime real-estate, or taking the hit and losing a hefty chunk of his army. Just be careful of things like Skirova who tanks up damage without dying.
Remember to include at least one heavy for transfers after you've pulled this stunt, else the King dies trivially. It usually means you only get 2 free solos, but such is life. As an added bonus the King makes great use of murder crows, being able to teleport around with sands of fate and apply his absurd number of damage buffs.
