This isn't the CID forum. Arguing here about why something broken isn't broken isn't going to make a difference. Will Strike Force actually end up with CRA (which would, in fact, be broken)? Who knows. We'll find out soon enough though.

HURR DURR BUT IT DOESN'T WORK AGAINST THE LISTS THAT PEOPLE WOULD TAKE THEIR SECONDARY LIST AGAINST ANYWAY!!! Calm down. Calmer than you dude. Seriously though. One thing you can count on "I played this strategy into a terrible matchup and it didn't work despite the fact that most competitive formats have a multilist format that exists to help prevent just this situation ergo overpowered thing isnt overpowered" will inevitably show its face in any faction specific forum.

Solo- yah really powerful ability that will allow easy killing of all but the hardi3st solos. Warcasters/Warlocks- again it will depend on the model as some have natually high hitpoints and armor. (Arm17+ with hp18+) Units- again depends because shield walled units or iorn zeal units have high durability at no spell buff making cra the easiest way for a shadows list to deal with it. Warjacks- enough said Warbeasts- grants the unit an ability to safely damage arm 18+ warbeasts. In the few cid games i played, one ended in a victory due to a gotcha moment(vs thyrone), one they did their points worth taking on solos and support (madrak 1) and one i did nothing at all (iursk1 man o war)

In the few cid games i played, one ended in a victory due to a gotcha moment(vs thyrone), one they did their points worth taking on solos and support (madrak 1) and one i did nothing at all (iursk1 man o war) Pretty much this. They're fine balance wise but have developed a tool for taking out specific targets. Which most factions have in a solo hunting solo anyways. In my cid game they were effective against clearing infantry. Nothing crazy because I still wiffed some cras and ended up having a few immortals right in my face. And then the UA was picked off by a totem Hunter before I had a chance to do anything cool. They can do a good "gotcha". And in the right turn of events I'm sure they'll do their share of caster kills. But they're far to unreliable to be claimed overpowered. Double afgs do what they can do better and waaaay more reliably. Pair that with a harpy or two to clear screens. And that's not breaking the game right now. I think they'll come out of the cid fine, as they're still an expensive unit that's pretty conditional on your opponent having jacks.
