I fully expect the Indictor to remain 8" on Consecration. I would support moving it to an Imprint, however. It is a situationally powerful ability. It probably hoses Circle more than any other faction, barring arc-heavy Cryx. However, if game balance were predicated on abilities not disproportionately affecting one or two factions, most armies wouldn't have such easy access to Magic shooting. Also, I fully support Malekus' first name changing to Justin.

It turns off the ability to cast animi entireley. Darn autocorrect...it always lets me down

Well I’m hoping the Indictor is not the 8” bubble. Really hope the decs are smart anough to drop it back to 5” I do think it would be nice to have another rat fixer for our jacks outside of flats and Eye of Menoth. Mallekus would be the caster to put it on. Attachments:

mmm I think the 8 inches fixes the slow speed of the indictor. The smallest range I've ever seen for a spell that I can remember is 6 inches. This means, unless the unit is engaged by the indictor, it can easily move a maximum of 4 required inches and not even be affected anymore. With 8 inches, the indictor doesn't have to be right up in your face all the time anymore and can be used as a strategic piece, as it should. The real issue is fixing both that AND his point cost. He should go back up to 15 pts, if not 16 with the significant value this places on the model.
