There's some amazing work out there. I think the Russian one may be the most outrageous. It must have taken a lot of practice with water products - and patience. I was trying to figure it out: Maybe letting some type of water effects harden on a sheet in a pattern, then somehow placing it on the model and building it up with more? Beyond my skill and patience, that's for sure.

You can do something similar with thin fishing line. You just apply drops to the line in places and you won’t really notice the fishing line. That’s a beautiful model though.

Anybody know what they use for the lightning? I can't even guess, unless it is some terrifying combination of skill and green stuff.
