The list does seem a bit focus starved and likely to take an alpha strike. Not saying that's necessarily a problem, but taking the alpha AND not having a lot of focus can be tough. Especially when Drillers really want to be fully loaded. I like the concept, but I feel like Magnus2 does it better with Nomads. The Drillers can threaten 13" on feat turn, and be arm 22 against retaliation, the idea is not to necessarily kill things outright on feat turn, but more to cause some damage and blunt the enemies counterattack, while hopefully scoring scenario elements. For example the Crawler can stagger something (or two things if lucky), the Bashers can slam enemy heavies, forcing them to spend focus or force to get back up, reducing their output. The gunners can run and bulldoze stuff into awkward positions, and then act as body blockers.

Sorry for the confusion, I was actually referring to OP's list. Your list seems much more balanced in the sense that you can probably get into position to take the secure the alpha (likely after giving up a turn of scenario) or can get into position and take the alpha, like you said, with your feat.
Personally not a huge fan of bashers, but I get the idea.
