You're putting yourself at a massive disadvantage if you try to 'play around' it, especially into the 3-4 gremlin swarm + death knell builds. On the warmachine side, Haley3 will just straight up bully you all game. It's not about taking the echoes off the table so much as it's about threatening the echoes so they have to play further back (and also preventing them from freely contesting all your scenario goals and winning quickly that way). Of course there have to be made some admissions aginst Incorp, like fast scenario wins are of the table, but for example I have no problem what so ever to drop Irusk2 with Eilish into most of Grymkin without breaking a sweat. Of course a Harkevich Jack spam without magic weapons will have a problem. I am with chickenslayer on this one. Normally you can clear your zone with your caster and in SR18 there are objectives in 5 of 6 scenarios which gives you further outs. Against Haley3 I find there are enough targets that you have to deal with that do equal work to the echos, and GD isn't a fast scenario list.

The OW2 list is build to have game in Rashet WoD, Haley3 and Nemo3 (althout with the nerf I'm not expecting to see him as much as before). That's why it has a mix of pieces that are not optimised for either match ups. Having Ayana & holt makes the Echo hang further back, which is good. The destroyer is meh againt Rashet but I liked it against Haley3, it's a piece that can hang back and score your zone while still doing work and if you do manage to hit something with a scourge it has a decent gun. The Maraudeur on Malakov is there for the winds of death match up though, even on Rashet's feat a redlined maraudeur should be able to kill a derp turtle when combined with the damage buff available in the list. skathrex I'm not entirely sure how you're suppose to just play around incorporeal stuff when you have nothing to kill them in your list. Clouds are easier to play around because usually cloudwall casters don't have spd buff and can't cover the entire table, so you can find oppening, or just advance in the clouds and shot. Incorporeal is different, in your list you only have the very expansive scourge as a way to deal with incorporeal, I'm not seeing it being super efficient at dealing with gremlin swarms or echoes.

There seems to be a small misunderstanding here. My OW2 list is not something I drop into incorp except Haley3. And for the odd Feralgeist I found magic weapons threw objectives or scourge beeing enough of an answer. But yes, OW2 has the hardest time fighting incorp out of most our casters, since she is missing the magical melee weapons or cheap nuke. It was more of a generalist statement. You run into incorp quite rarely so teching for it has a relatively high cost. The playing around part was more targeted towards the Cryx or Grymkin matchups, but I think you can just ignore the Echos in the haley3 game and focus on the rest of the army. If Baby Haley wants to do anything serious, she needs to get coporeal anyway. In your Skorne matchup I don't see how you do not loose especially that marauder before he ever gets to strike, but maybe you just play it better positioning wise.
