With the exception of paingivers.... Has anyone made an all battlegroup with Morg1.
If so what did you use? Who did you play into? How did it perform/any changes you would make?
He is my favorite idea caster and I want to make a nasty fast hard hitting squad rolling up the board to bring pain to everything.
Thanks in advance!!!!

I've played this a few times since the tier lists came out. It's not supper competitive but It's fairly easy to play. You will be running hot alot but that's just kind of how I play it. You could drop one of the support beasts for more handlers to help with that. Or marketh as he's only in there to help me spam abuse.
War Room Army

Here's the Morghoul1 list I've been running lately:
Morghoul1 - Marketh - Hydra - Archidon x2 - Agonizer Orin Midwinter Zaadesh1 - Gladiator PGB Master Tormentor Gobber Chef PGBH, max
By running the Gladiator under Zaadesh1, I can spam both Rush and Abuse, and have an effective MAT 8 P+S 22 beast to follow-up my first wave.

the original poster is looking into an "all battlegroup" list, meaning all beasts and support only. Orin, the tormentor, and the gobber chef wouldn't really fit into that category.

I usually look at Orin as a support piece. He's in my lists to keep beast spells of my bricks and not much else.

I posted a Naaresh list on another thread here that I think can work for you. Let's just change that to Morghoul 1 and let's see what we got.
Skorne Army - 75 / 75 points
(Morghoul 1) Master Tormenter Morghoul +30 pts - Aradus Sentinel 16 pts - Aradus Sentinel 16 pts - Aradus Soldier 16 pts - Archidon 10 pts - Archidon 10 pts - Basilisk Krea 7 pts - Agonizer 6 pts Tyrant Zaadesh 4 pts - Titan Gladiator 15 pts Paingiver Beast Handlers (min) 5 pts
If Zaadesh and PGBH don't fit the "all battlegroup" theme, then take them out and put in a Shaman.

How well can you control that many heavies with a single min unit of PGBH?

How well can you control that many heavies with a single min unit of PGBH? ok, so get rid of the aggy and put in another min PGBH.

How well can you control that many heavies with a single min unit of PGBH? I guess I just like to play risky. When I run beast bricks I just take a bunch of budget bests and let them burn with the fury of a thousand sun's. Then I just use whatever ones are still alive and pass their thresholds the next turn.

I use the same practice with Xerxis2, on feat turn letting them thousand suns all over the place. Typically such an alpha leaves the opponent with very little left to retaliate AND have the problem of removing heavies in his lines. Except for Khador. Don't try that with Khador because they probably have sixteen more heavies and seventeen rockets left.

My stampede list allows you to full out blow sh- up without having to worry much about fury placement. I'm still working on board placement though, and morg1 doesn't have the ability to take full advantage of it. I use Xerxis2 instead.
Xerxis2 -Bronzeback Titan -Titan Gladiator -Titan Gladiator -Titan Cannoneer -Titan Sentry -Cyclops Shaman Paingiver Beasthandlers (max) Paingiver Beasthandlers (max)
If you can't tell, the list is built around the element of surprise while still putting the enemy off balance. The cannoneer leaves you with some AoE potential, The Bronzeback reduces the fury use of all the other titans, and the Cyclops Shaman allows you to add an additional rush in there without having to load up the gladiators so much that they can't pound away at the enemy. The Cyclops Shaman also has spirit blade, which can be nice when people are throwing debuffs to armor, speed, or removing Xerxis' tough. The list, as it stands, is not completely finished. I want to get Molik Karn in there somehow or either an agonizer or krea. Trample, slam, or just ravage the enemy. Lists like this usually take awhile to get across the board, but combining rush and Xerxis2's +2 speed, you only give the enemy about 1 turn to fire on you before you're in their face wrecking house. It is currently a 74/75 so shifting things around slightly without ruining its theme should be pretty easy.

Ok, I took a look at your list and this is what I would field.
Xerxis2 (28 beast points) -Bronzeback Titan 18 pts -Titan Gladiator 15 pts -Titan Gladiator 15 pts -Titan Cannoneer 17 pts -Molik Karn 19 pts Basilisk Krea 7 pts Paingiver Beasthandlers (max) 7 pts Paingiver Beasthandlers (min) 5 pts
You wanted Molik Karn so I took out the Sentry (you can take out one of the Gladiators if you prefer) and minimized one of the PGBH. Also changed the Shaman to the Krea for the last point. I think you need to decide on either the Shaman or the Krea but not both. Unless you get rid of another Titan. If you do, then my list would look like this:
Xerxis2 (28 beast points) -Bronzeback Titan 18 pts -Titan Cannoneer 17 pts -Molik Karn 19 pts -Basilisk Krea 7 pts -Cyclops Shaman 8 pts Extoller Soulward 3pts Tyrant Zaadesh 4 pts -Titan Gladiator 15pts Paingiver Beasthandlers (max) 7 pts Orin (min) 5 pts
Here I took out the Sentry and one of the Gladiators. Put in Molik Karn, the Krea and the Shaman. Gave Zaadesh the Gladiator (I really like this package deal). I'm not sure if you need two PGBHs, so I threw in Orin. If you feel like you do then just change it back. With the remaining 3 points I threw in an Extoller. Actually, I may try this out.

You will need the extra pain givers. Xerxis2 doesn't give the fury management to pull off heavy beast lists without it. They are also there in order to give them the +2 to melee damage rolls. Even if it's max/min, you'll need the extras since the moment your opponent realizes their importance they'll be aiming for them.
