I've been playing a few games into the Wanderer and I'm getting stomped. I'm really lost what to do.
I've been running Kaya 3 in Call of the Wild with some wolves, a coat,scarsfell griffons, a wild argus and farrow brigands and the usual support.

What is the Wanderer's list? It is difficult to help you without knowing more. In general, the Wanderer abuses Star Crossed, which is something you can do as well by getting WE&SJ, but that is probably not the issue.
In general, the Wanderer has a big weakness which is his Trump Arcana and his wish to play aggressive. If you can threaten the assassination on the Wanderer, you know he cannot use his Arcanas, because he has to wait and use his Trump in order to stay alive. This knowledge can help you quite a bit while playing him.
For more help, I need his list, to be able to help. Of course, you can switch casters. Bradigus and Krueger should both do well as they can play around his markers easily.

Never played against him, so just theoretical thoughts. Have you concidered taking a wild argus in your list? I personally love him in my Kaya3 list, to start the synergy train. Hitting def 5 is easy even under starcrossed and as soon as your beats are mat9 they should also hit the higher def targets rather reliablely. That at least helps with starcrossed and the good thing is, that the wild argus is good in most matchups and not only a tech choice into the wanderer.

I ran Kaya 3,3x scarsfell griffons, wild argus, Feral, Pureblood, Riphorn, Gorax.
Feral brigands full w/ua, 2x shifting stones, 2x wayfarer. I think that's it.
I'm not locked into Kaya 3 so that lists do krueger and Bradigus play against him? Wouldn't Wurmwood in bones be ok?

What are you struggling with? Attrition? Scenario? Assasination? What are the things you cannot handle?

Scenario I'm often on top but then them evil Skins wreck me to pieces.
I'm unfortunately a slow player and overthink everything. Tips on how to speed up my game?
I started playing mid mk2 and got some 60 mk3 games under my belt. Not super new to the game but no pro by far.
And great tips on the use of the Argus.

If you have them, consider swapping out the brigands for Nyss Hunters. Higher rat and they ignore the concealment from fog of war.
If you have the stuff you could try my Morv2 list (or some approximation thereof) which absolutely tears the Uranus out of wanderer (especially the zero ranged list you posted above)

Reeves ignore the concealment and do high accuracy CRAs, re-rolls and carnage will mitigate the star crossed, and Edrea can blast the Veil of Mists off the table. Sunder Spirit and reposition away to kill off Crabbits. Get up the table fast, and then backpedal while firing away at him.

Bradigus should be very strong into the list as he outthreatens the Wanderer by far with his feat, is able to build up Syngery on the Cagerager and afterwards has no issues whatsoever to hit the S&Ms even with Star Crossed. In addition, his feat does not trigger the way markers and thus you can get off an easy assassination, if he overcommits. It basically forces the Wanderer to stay way behind his beasts.

Baldur2. Crevasse is RFP on boxed so you can spray those Dread Rots and they don't get corpses. He's also going to have a hard time collecting them from you as most of your army is constructs. Knock down on Wrath should help with Star Crossed. Wall should help preventing everything gettin' on the Wrath and outside of Enrage and Ill Omens Wanderer has no STR buffs I believe so killing Wrath wont be easy like it is under the Dreamer, Child or Heretic.
I can see Wurmwood BoO, Mohsar and few others work here too. Good luck finding the ultimate solution!
