For me i think prospero looks amazing. When i initially saw him i thought he was kind of underwhelming but after seeing his rules i can imagine putting him in a load of lists. Not to mention shooting people with his chest laser.

Everything! But I like the interceptor. Can see a ton of play with that thing.

I wish they stuck with the big daddy/firemen look of the heavy and light infantry. But I'm getting a good vibe with everything I've seen so far!

Prospero, that guy is just bonkers.
13/16 with 8 boxes is the best stat line for a junior we have seen, especially when he can reduce damage using focus.
Field Marshall: Dispel is amazing, having pretty easy to apply upkeep removal in every list regardless of caster.
Vet Leader Warjacks is great
His spell list is very interesting, guided fire has the potential to get great focus efficiency, how about a suppressor boosted to hit on both it's sprays? Applying those debuffs. The instability one is interesting as well, as he can target any Warjack, not just ones in his battlgroup, it can be an insurance policy against disruption. Also he does not have to allocate more than one focus, so can choose not to trigger unstable if he does not want to.
I am going to try him with gearhart first, decel puts him to arm 18 at ranged, and gearharts vet leader makes him mat 7 rat 6, with 2 initial pow 12s and 4 focus, he can get some good work done once you consider all the debuffs

For me it is the models and the fluff behind them more then their stats that get me excited. From the few tidbits I have seen, I wish they were a sub-faction of Mercenaries like Cephalyx, Rhulic, or Privateer then their own dedicated group.
I also wonder how many of my current Mercenary models I will be able to use with them. Gorman and the Vangaurd are known, but others?

Hammer dwarves, sea dog pirates and one other unit that i forgot are confirmed. Crucible guard have an unspoiled ranking officer. Also hutchuk is confirmed, that big ol' ambushing gorman

Some rumours flying around about Ashlynn and Gastonne being in CG... I've been both confirmed and denied... It's a sure thing!

I don't think that will be the case, I think all the confusion has arisen from them working for Crucible Guard, but that only applies in two caster games, and who the hell plays them.

You can't expect rumours to have solid foundations but every merc/minion caster has that extra factions written on their card... semi-sad panda...

You can't expect rumours to have solid foundations but every merc/minion caster has that extra factions written on their card... semi-sad panda... Working as a Mercenary for a Faction is one thing for a Warcaster, but Partisan is different. Magnus2 is a Minion for Skorne, but I can only take him if the game gets up to two Warlocks. Blaize and Cain3 can be taken as the first Warcaster for either Cygnar or Mercenaries. As it is, I rarely see Blaize or Cain3 on anyone's Mercenary roster, as everyone thinks they work better as Cygnaran Warcasters, and very poorly as Mercenary Warcasters. I haven't even heard of either being taken as Cygnarand Warcasters very often. Some rumours flying around about Ashlynn and Gastonne being in CG... I've been both confirmed and denied... It's a sure thing! It wouldn't surprise me if Ashlynn2 released with CG and is a Mercenary/Partisan: Crucible Guard caster. It's a possibility, but it doesn't really fit her (as yet). I would imagine becoming an actual CG Warcaster would take a lot of time and training she won't dedicate for. Of course, that's just assuming they don't just provide her the outfit to fit her style rather than getting her to fit theirs.

Actually i'm pretty sure Magnus2 doesn't work for skorne in mk3, but did in mk2, i remember being sad they took it off
