So after my first tourney in like two years, and the re write of so many players since MKII...
What are some tips/tricks/methods that you guys use to remember what all your caster does?
I find myself playing Kraye, and constantly forgetting Repo / pathfinder and impact damage...all very crucial to playing him successfully.
I've been shut out of casting my feat, my recently against Haley 2, the player popped hers on top of two. When is the best time for Kraye to pop his feat?
Is there a spot he needs to be when he does this?
I know more games in the saddle, (four under my belt with him since MKII) is pretty much the best method.

Against Haley2, Jumpstart could be nice, as a counter to Telekinesis preventing your jacks to charge. Admonition as well. However, Haley2 feat + Telekinesis is still a powerful counter to Kraye's tricks.
In my opinion, feating with Kraye to take Thorn is a valuable move, as it will be a lot harder for Haley2 to apply her own trickery.

I could only punch or shoot. My Hammersmiths were useless because I had forgotten to Repo them. Thorn was pesky, very pesky I wittled that Stormwall down so much. I see playing against H2, the arcnodes are key to her playing. She moved up out of kill box, and didn't move again.

Funnily enough Haley 2 with a Stormwall is one match up where having Pursuit over Admonition like Kraye used to would be better. Admonition can only affect one jack, but if you land pursuit on the Stormwall then any jack it tries to go into can just walk away and eat a free-strike

I know what you mean. Last game I forgot the boosted jack charges (thanks to being cavalry), reposition, and had planned my turn around my charger applying the feat, and then activated the charger before Kraye. I learn by pain. Three mistakes I will think about next game and likely not forget so soon

That's the only way to learn.

I made my second centurion with four legs to help me remember my warjacks are Cavalry; but then Kraye was my third 'caster and never really left my pairing so I don't forget too often. Worse for me is remembering not to auto-boost when Nemo's hammersmiths go in.
Also, dealing with Haley I think a Centurion under Admonition is a decent leading model; Cent's my favorite heavy, and Admo is one of the few spells that lets him deal with being TK'd/Dominated, which is pretty much his hard counter. Before CID made my dude Jeremiah a decent(imo) drop into Haley I had a Sloan list built around using feat turn to just delete Thorn, would agree that's probably how you get started on beating her, but I haven't had the chance to play it out.

I played a tourney game once with Kraye against Haley 2 (pre CID Kraye as well, that's how spesh I am), shot Thorn in cover bottom of 1 with a Charger, crippled it's movement with my first shot, meaning I could trivially just kill him with the rest of my shooting, my opponent conceded then and there.

Ha. That's hilarious. Cygnar on Cygnar sucks. I avoided the Cygnar guy running Nemo last night.
