What are the best ways to deal with nemo3 and how do you keep your castor alive on his feat turn?
Longstory short I got assasinated turn2 by nemo3 with 5 firefly, 2 stormstriders, And dynamo arcing my zaadesh2 to death.

I'm not entirely sure as I've never played the.matchup from the skorne side but I'd recommend strategic grounding. If you can't keep your caster more the. 4 inches from everything then make sure there is something else closer to your opponents primary arking target then your caster. Zaadesh should be decent into that list. Use counter charge to crush the fireflies he runs into your army or to move models around to effect where the leaps go.

If zaadesh doesnt die he is great into that matchup, keeping him alive it just the problem. My opponent ran in two fireflies to engage my beast line turning off counter charge before he started shooting.

Our reivers and turtles do out threat everything in that list. plus if he has to run half his list to act as spark nodes then he's putting a lot fewer attacks into your list.

2 arcidons
1 blocking LoS to your caster 1 as a lightning rod behind your beasts.
use cloud effects to limit targets.
The actual counter to Nemo3 e-leap is Xerxis2 + all arcidons.

Eleaps can't go to Archidons, so no Lightning rods. But Archidons in general do make Nemo a sad old man.

Eleaps can't go to Archidons, so no Lightning rods. But Archidons in general do make Nemo a sad old man. I thought that Electric immune models were still hit by the arc's but suffered no damaged and then it would bounce to the next model from there depending on the number of Eleaps. If I go the route of X2 Archidons, is X2 going to survive either getting shot or arced on Nemo's feat turn? That huge base of his is hard to hide.

I've actually played myself with my Nemo list against my Makeda1 list, twice, and won it with Makeda1. Just keep most things 4 inches apart from each other, except Cetrati because arm 20 doesn't care much about leaps. It's really not that difficult. In an IWH list, it's really easy to keep stuff outside of 4 inches of each other, and anything that can't reasonably do that needs to just stay outside of threat ranges and hang back, waiting for fireflys to get thrown at you.
This happened with Keith Christianson in a game recently, I believe. He's been playing that 9 slayers list and against Nemo3, he just makes sure they are always 4 inches from each other and you basically just auto-win. The striders and Dynamo will remove maybe 1-2 heavies a turn and they just get swamped really quick.

In Mk3 Lightning does not arc to Models with Immunity:Electricity. Keeping X2 safe from Nemo should be doable. Just keep him >19" away from Striders, >16" away from Dynamo and >20" away from Fireflies for a turn. Then feat, charge in the Archidons and kill all his stuff. Nemo can't hurt you if he doesn't have an army. But a Cygnar player won't drop Nemo3 into X2. Assuming Funline/X2 vs H3/N3 the matchup will be Funline vs Haley3 most likely.

Cetrati definitely care about leaps when Nemo is across the table, because 3 dice POW12's kill them all day.
