Hi Zwergenkrieger,
i life in germany too. I've ordered mine in the Pre-Order phase and payed with taxes around 115€. I think it's not to expensive compared to other gargantuans or colossals.
The Reaper mini looks decent to me, if the mini fits on a 120mm base and doesn't look to small.

Are you asking for advice or passive aggressively complaining about BAHI? If you want advice, the second one looks better. If you’re complaining about BAHI, based off the price of similar models, it looks like this distribution method saves the consumer 15-25% in overhead, which are then collected in taxes by your government, meaning you’re right back where you started anyway. I’d argue that the policy makers who decided to make you pay what amounts to a fine for buying a game piece made outside of Europe are the actual bad sports rather than PP.
