Greetings all,
Here's the April monthly painting thread. For all your WIP's, questions, scheme help, painting banter, etc.
The goal is to paint a minimum of 10pts a month or a Warcaster. But if you don't make it? Meh. Post what you did anyway!

I've got Ghetorix and Loki on the table at the moment. Progress seems slow as they're a lot more fiddly then a standard Warp Wolf.

I got started with my slag troll and yesterday I got myself a box of fennblades. Not to mention the dire troll kit I ordered the other day... Busy busy.

I am assembling a bunch of Circle and Protectorate right now. I should get some primer shot over the Weekend. I will probably do a Gorax Rager, Ghetorix and some Skinwalkers along with a caster for each side and a light Warjack. Some of that will probably also be my May and June painting. I have a lot of stuff to paint!

Still working on my Behemoth. It's coming along nicely, I'm very pleased with my decision to use 5th Border Legion colors instead of the standard all-red scheme. It's been set aside briefly so I can finish a squad for the new Shadow Wars: Armageddon gaem (think Necromunda for 40K).
I'm also touching up my old Gorton and a War Dog, just to make them look better than when I painted them 5 years ago. Kozlov is basecoated as well.
Some day, when I decide how to paint it, I'll start on the ugly Ghordson Driller in the corner of my desk. I don't even like it, it just came with the battle box.

Well I still have my krea mostly done, my karax are started and thrown off to the side. Right now I am working on some beast handlers, an aradus sentinel and an archidon are on my short list, I have a skin tone figured out for the aradus and a general idea for the archidon, just need to translate the idea over in a way I am happy with and figure out how to paint the bug's shell.

April was pretty crazy this year. I ended up with primer on a bunch of stuff and a basecoat of white on my Vanquisher. The good thing is that May looks like it might be a little bit better. I'll plan to get some protectorate done in May. As soon as the thread goes up, I'll dive in with a picture of my starting point.
