Hello
So skorne players are really loving 2x battle engines around here and i just wanted to see what people are using against them.
I am starting to use the dreamer and wanderer as a pair. They seem to work against most things

A lot of our casters have tech for them. Old Witch can shut them down very hard, windstorm is fantastic, but her gun makes them hate life, she's probably the best. Child can keep them honest with high threat ranges and the ability to remove them if they dont respect that. King of nothings clouds are helpful (though they can see through them with the right models). As you said wanderer and dreamer also have useful tech. Heretic is probably the one with the least amount of targeted tech that works against them specifically.. though his trump will mean they die if you get there with it.
They're still very strong models no matter what you do though.

You have to get them into melee for it to work, but Derp Turtles really don't like glimmer imps.

How does it work when you blind a model like the turtle but before it activates its given eyeless sight?
Does blind just go away?

It doesn't technically go away, but the turtle won't suffer any of the negative effects

Weaponmaster spam can eventually outdo the turtles, but they're generally quite good into infantry swarms. They can clear off jammers with the spear attacks before moving, then impact attack, then make their actual melee attacks, then shoot. Positioning infantry swarms is really tough when they get can that many attacks deep into your lines.

The fatman, jalaam, soulwards, paingivers are what you see with them alot.
They have a long range and the spears help clear models before it moves then repo 5 at the end.
