The last thing I played with him was something along the lines of: conflictchamber.com/#c4201b_-0wgz1w1919kw0t2k2k2Bi01KdQi11KdQ1F1FCryx Army - 75 / 75 points [Theme] Infernal Machines (Aiakos 2) Captain Aiakos [+29] - Deathjack [23] - Deathripper [6] - Deathripper [6] - Kharybdis [17] - The Withershadow Combine [9] Machine Wraith [0(2)] Machine Wraith [2] Warwitch Siren [0(4)] Mechanithralls (min) [6] - Brute Thrall (3) [6] - Skarlock Commander [3] Mechanithralls (max) [9] - Brute Thrall (3) [6] - Skarlock Commander [3] Necrosurgeon & Stitch Thralls [4] Necrosurgeon & Stitch Thralls [4] I'm not a huge fan of Biles, but your mileage may definitely vary. His personal mobility is indeed good enough that you can probably get away with only one arc node and that taking a Machine Wraith as the second free solo feels really weird, but seemed more valuable than a second Siren at the time.

Okay, good advice Gamingdevil, changing it up to IM. Here is what I am thinking, maybe get some shrikes in play.
Captain Aiakos - Withershadow Combine - Deathjack - Leviathan - Nightwretch - Shrike x 2 Warwitch Siren x 2 Pistol Wraith (free) Saxon Orik Mechanithralls (max) + 2 brute thralls Bile Thralls (min) + skarlock commander
Right away I noticed the list didn't have any pathfinder except for the flying shrikes (and the leviathan), so I added Saxon to give some terrain mitigation and an extra gun.
Shrikes are there for unit and high defense mitigation.
Warwitch sirens bring some much needed focus spending relief for the warjacks.
Mechanithralls will be the work horses with brute thralls doubling as shield guards.
Bile thralls will advance deploy and force my opponent to deal with them or catch some auto hitting corrosion sprays.
Deathjack and the leviathan can handle armor cracking pretty well, especially with scything touch in the mix. Aiakos2 is fun to play. I like your list, but I’d second the recommendation for the fancy new Kharybdis. I know points are tight, but I like having two min units of Mechanithralls with the Brutes. One unit (with max Brutes vs. ranged armies) sticks near Aiakos/DJ as shield guards, while the other ambushes. I usually struggle with Bile Thralls myself, if I don’t have some means of protecting them on the approach (something like Occultation). I’d swap them out for more Mechanithralls, but that’s just me.

I could field up to 3 min units of mechanithralls, but I only own 2 brutes, so that would be a 7 man unit each. Not too much more points to split them up like that. I will consider Kharybdis, I like having the ranged support, but a 4" reach with that exceptional threat range is pretty tempting as well. Oh, and the cloud.

I had my Masters tournament this weekend playing Aiakos in Infernal Machines and Terminus in Dark Host. I went 2 wins and 2 losses.
My first game was against Madrak 1 in Band of Heroes. He had two units of champions and a full unit of fenn blades, a bomber and another heavy, probably a mauler. I felt pretty good about the match up as even with their high defense, I could drop my Aiakos list and not worry too much about high defense with purges and boosted trample shrikes. What I didn't take into account was my not being able to roll above a 3 on damage most of the game and him making 8 tough rolls in a row for his fenn blades against my purges. Oh, and the stone aura said no continuous effects. So the only thing in my army that was really pulling its weight the entire game was the pistol wraith that was taking out at least one infantry a round and scoring on the flag (Recon II I think was the scenario). I ended up losing after jumping Aiakos behind Madrak and went for the assassination as he didn't have any trasfers and Aiakos has grevious wounds. I missed half of my attacks and only did about half his life in damage thanks to below average dice rolls. That will happen. I was losing on attrition thanks to the great tough rolls so I had to take action as the writing was on the wall.
Second game I broke out Terminus vs Stryker 1 with all the storm lances. He had two full units of them and Laddermore, and a storm strider. Holy anti-infantry batman. And it showed as he evaporated half of my banes on his charge attacks (tough rolls were eluding me). But even on his feat turn, I managed to kill a few horses, and got terminus a charge lane to his battle engine, only to realize the spot I landed on had a 2-D wall underneath between the models I was going into, so I had to change plans, and charged a heavy thinking I could still get an angle onto stryker. No luck and was left in the lurch between two heavies and stryker. It took them all their attacks to kill terminus, but they did thanks to a lucky critical with the knock down hammer on the one heavy.
Third game was Terminus vs Feora 2 and the temple flameguard theme. He had 3 heavies, a couple of flame thrower lights, a unit of ambushing daughters and a unit of temple flame guard. My opponent was fairly new so I tried helping him a bit through the game by reminding him to activate his choir before his jacks and pointing out options I had about assassinating his warcaster. I hate gotcha wins with new players. But I lived the dream, had a great feat turn with terminus putting him up to 5+ souls and 5 focus after assaulting into a group of temple flame guard with malediction up. He charged into me with a heavy the following turn only to be counter charged by Barathrum to block further charges. He failed to hit terminus with the charging heavy. Then he proceeded to knock down barathrum with a slam and beat on it with is other heavies, failing to kill it. I at this point, had a clear charge lane to Feora with a big stack of focus. And she couldn't get far enough away from me with my flight + deathride + reach. I took my two free strikes from heavy warjacks and proceeded to eat Feora.
The last game was Terminus against Jaga-Jaga. By this time I was feeling pretty tired mentally so I just dropped terminus as his game play is really straight forward. I think it was the stop of two I managed to charge terminus into his wrestler and kill it, and one of his gatormen, netting a few souls for terminus, who, now surrounded by bane knights who ran to keep up and block charge lanes, managed to keep the (large gator with the burning candles?) away but the swamp horrors (two of them) took their shots at terminus, one grabbing him and dragging him. Then my opponents dice decided to not roll the 8's they needed to hit terminus and missed 6 out of 8 attacks, only doing about 1/3 of my health with signs and portents up. So next turn setting on a nice stack of focus, I ran the wraith engine next to jaga jaga for some dark shroud action and charged her with terminus, eating her soul after 3 transfers.
Fun day, and though I hate to blame dice for a loss, it would have at least been a closer game that first game and the last game probably would not have went my way if not for my opponents really bad luck.
