It looks fine indeed and while I do like Deathjack a lot with Asphyxious 3, I think he's a lot of points at this level. Do you have any other jacks available? 2 Seethers would also give you a lot of punch and spread your eggs a bit.

I am using proxies until I settle on a list. As for Seethers, is there a minimum distance that you have to move when you run? I tend to lose when I act too aggressive.

There is no minimum distance you have to move when you declare a run. And if it is already engaged, the Seether does not have to run or charge.
I can see why you would want the necrotechs and they will have their uses, though I tend to find them wasted unless I am using a colossal. You may get more mileage out of a warwitch siren to help with focus.

And if it is already engaged, the Seether does not have to run or charge. Engaging, not engaged. It can be an important difference.
