Help me make a company from my list

I've been toying with a Jarl in Storm list that I want to play during the narrative event, but my meta has decided that the company has to come from the list, and there aren't many eligible models, and they almost all have resource costs. The list follows, and then I'll put my half-baked company ideas.

THEME: Storm of the North

My very weakly preferred list is Valka, min lookouts, and... the krielstone, I guess. The alternate list is Skaldi, min champs and champ hero. Neither feels very strong, but I haven't played enough to be sure.
