chocobsessed but isn’t that list just better in Bones? Is blessed worth missing out on the 3rd free solo, healing and deployment buff?? I think so. The deployment bonus isn't a big deal since you're playing a fast gunline, and circle solos aren't really worth it even at free. For Tanith specifically, access to wraithbane is the difference between having an excellent feat and a useless one, so I think it's worth it for her. Also, I originally had a moonhound in there as a scything touch target to mitigate the target in melee penalty, but I couldn't make the points work off the top of my head.

See the thing is, that +2 means if you go first and run your wyrds all threaten his deployment zone turn 2. You threaten to 40" from your back table edge if you go first. You just control the board with some monstrous threat range from the wyrds. The healing has come up so much in my games. Taking an extra point of damage means an opponent basically has to kill the constructs instead of crippling spirit and leaving the wyrds alone the rest of the game. Blacklads are incredibly usefull. Contesting and scoring, hunters mark from the wayfarers and healing, fury management from the shapers. Plus both have a really solid spray attack at MA 7 and 8 thanks to the fulcrum(s) Scy touch can also be applied by charging woldwyrds. Which also solves the firing into melee penalty They threat 10 1/2" themselves with no extenders. Pretty nice IMO.

I know Circle are their own faction and need to do things their own way, but if u compare our magic theme - Secret Masters to Legion’s magic theme - Oracles, the dynamic is quite a shift: Unit and solo options are far better. They generate freebies off beasts They’re not encouraged to buy non-Faction minions for a lame sac-pawn rule.
As has been said by others, we need a few unit/solo tweaks to make ours more viable.
Personally I wouldn’t want to see Wurmwood here tho, not only because he’s not blackclad, but because he’s so powerful in so many other themes. His janky moves combined w druids etc could quickly become OP.
A new blackclad solo would be nice to buff units around him, rather than relying on Fulcrum and Storm raptor to make our blackclad units function effectively.
It feels like Fulcrum is becoming a blackclad crutch in the way Primal is now a built in crutch for our living warbeasts.

At least the fulcrum is a crutch with some really snazzy guns but yes I agree, it seems PP thinks MA6 And Mat 5 are acceptable for expensive infantry -_- Wurmwood in secret masters would be very far from OP. Trust me. Druids can only push things away which really really limited thier Jank And utility. The Wurmwood list I want to run in that theme doesn’t even use Blackclad units lol. I want SM to be our generic theme. Our “worse benefits less restrictions” Theme. If we could take 2 Minion Units, or even take a In faction unit/solo that is non blacklad. I think it has potential. I’ll sacrifice some free points for theme versatility. I also think Wurmwood should be in the theme. For goodness sakes he IS the main omnipotent in Circle....
