Mine is exhorting for me at my FLGS but alas will need to wait till next Wednesday to pick it up. On a side note to hell with rent, bills and Christmas. If your rent, bills, and Christmas are the same price as one Revelator, then I’m clearly living in the wrong city! No just all are things that ate away at my revelator money

I got mine and have it assembled in parts. The torso, legs and arms are all separate. Do you guys completely assemble it then paint or paint then assemble?

It’s easier for me and more efficient, as you can first do all of one color, then immediately start the next with the frost piece. Also, it’s easier to get the whole piece painted as there aren’t many “hard to get to” places.

I fully assemble almost everything before painting. In most cases, if you cant reach it to paint it, you cant see it either, and a wash will take care of it.
Colossals are an exception to this rule. I found it FAR easier to assemble judi into major components before painting. Legs and hips and pin to base. Torso and arms. Shoulder guns. Head. Assorted doodads (groin pieces etc). I think that was about it.

I cannot believe how well my revelator is flat packed. I got it out the box, can no longer get it back in. Oh well, guess I better just assemble it

Yeah, the spiky bits all fold together so unless you put it back exactly how it was put in you can't do it.
