In my Wolfsworn list I find the Wolves of Orboros to be multi-dimensional in what they kill if they still have power swell and a decent number of dudes. Reeves and Skinwalkers chip in with either big CRAs or a couple of charges.
It's a different way to kill jacks from MK2. A whole lot less Primal and then smash and more just chip away with a bunch of things.
Also, remember in most cases, you don't need to one round a jack. They are much worse when down a system unlike beasts.

bloodhawk - Skorne never had a CID. They got a unilateral errata/buff/redo at the beginning of the year that never went through CID.
Censure is a terrible spell. It's in the running for 'worst spell in the game.' It removes your own upkeeps unless you take damage (which Morv2 REALLY can't afford, with how often she tends to cut herself), it gives your opponent a choice to keep their upkeeps up (and d3 damage isn't super impactful regardless). It might as well be a dead spell.
I’d argue she can afford to use it more than anyone else, due to how much she can heal herself. Taking D3 damage is dangerous for some casters, depending on how many upkeeps they have. She has two upkeeps she wants up most of the time, and her main passive requires her to cut to use it. Her main method of healing relies on enemies killing her stuff, and is thus A. Out of your control and B. Useless against a competent assassination. It's a REALLY bad spell for her.

She cuts herself to bring stuff back, too. And she only regains health at your opponents discretion, or by leveraging carnivore (and she often doesn't want to run a ton of melee infantry.) Her health already spends a lot of time at uncomfortable levels, she doesn't need another drain on that HP pool.

with the current pairings you see a lot of, you know if your opponent is going to be sending in waves of infantry or waves of jacks. This becomes even more apparent when you run a counter caster like Kreuger (who nullifies lightning AND infantry spams) who forces your opponent to pick the list that you can't directly counter. Morvahna2... can pretty easily be replaced with Morvahna1. Morvahna2's maneuverability is nice, but she requires melee units to do her dirty work. Her damage output can also be drastically reduced by simply spreading out your units (a popular tactic among more skilled players). She can give her units concealment, but you'll be moving so far up the board it won't matter much. On the other hand, Morvahna1, with sac pawn, can easily keep a pack of WoO with her to negate shooty deaths, magical or not. Restoration on something like a pack of reeves is also a great counter for Vital Magic. Eruption of Life has awesome damage and an undeclared 3" AoE (unboostable). When you consider it in tandom with Harvest, it's 3pt cost is also not an issue. TBH, I would like to put Restoration on something like skinwalkers or Wolf Riders but gaining 10 life a round instead of 5 is quite a bit. It allows her to cut herself quite a bit more and get some of Circle's awesome animi out on the field.
