Hey there Druids. Legion player here. I often times find myself looking at other faction's stuff and saying "wow thats cool", or "man thats really good!" then looking at my faction's "version" (if you will) and saying ew. I often times nitpick things too, and talk about how bad stuff is etc. etc. However, I got to thinking... There's a saying that the grass is always greener on the other side. More than likely (not all of the time, but probably a lot), I'm looking at tools other people have, wishing I had access to them, and taking for granted things that my faction has that other people may not have.
So, I've decided to get an outside perspective from other players of different factions. What do y'all, as Circle players, see in Legion's stable of pieces that make you think "hey I wish I had that"?

Off the top of my head: Slipstream, Naga, Deathstalkers, Raptors... Pathfinder on all beasts?

The ability to ignore all of the things in Circle that make it Circle (stealth, terrain generation, speed...)

Honestly when I look at legion and circle I see a very similar design style.
Both want the Alpha strike just different types of alpha strikes. Both have poor staying power (as always with excpetions) Both struggle with over costed beasts Both have very weird internal balance (lots of crap but also some really really good options)
There are other things of course, but for the most part that is what I notice.
If I were to pick anything from legion that I want in circle it would be 1: Pathfinder or terrain negation on our beasts 2: Infantry support
Legion legion has better infantry support than circle (I mean everyone does tbh....) And I feel that if we had the infantry support legion has we would see more list diversity in circle.
Otherwise it starts to become and apples and oranges argument. Circle and legion have similar theme power level. I think Bones is the "oracles" of circle right now. The rest of the themes in both factions are very match up and caster dependent.
Of the 6 hordes factions I put circle and legion towards the lower end of the power curve right now. I think trolls just got bumped above us both (and tbh they should have been) IMO its
1:Skorne 2:grymkin 3:Trolls 4/5:Circle/legion? 6:Minions

Carni chassis still had Pathfinder. I just checked warroom.
The models that frustrate me or really impressed me when I played against more Legion are/were: -Seraph: I can see the argument that it's a little pricey but it has a to hit fixer and a threat extender and does random work with it's gun. A great support piece against high defense/low armor armies and stealth solos like Circle often features.
-Hellmouth: It's been a while and my lists have changed but being able to control my heavies with regenerating 6 point units is rough. The inability/difficulty to kill the damn things with our guns is frustrating as hell.
-Pathfinder or better on all of your beasts.
-No knockdown on your high defense/low armor pieces.
-Your cav is amazing
-Elusive on a 3pt stick. Crabbits have really pushed home for me how good this animus is in protecting a caster. (It makes knockdown/stationary even more important to manufacture.)

I think the orgun theme is going to be pretty hawt when the CiD for it pops out. Like I said, better but not the best

The ability to ignore all of the things in Circle that make it Circle (stealth, terrain generation, speed...) Forests and salt pillars are still a pain...

Circle is above Legion in overall rating, last I heard.

I only ever used them to great effect with wurmwood and bladur 1 who can actually protect them on the approach. I think as a unit warspears just outclass trackers in every conceivable way lol If we ever get a caster than can give them a swing of more than +2 I could see people being envious. Boosted Pow 15's on the prey target is...silly

Mainly because of their higher speed, native prey, pathfinder, and native stealth.

I wish Circle had forsaken, slipstream, overrun, naga, hellmouths, throne, spell martyrs, and nyss swordsmen. You guys do have a lot of nice stuff. I think we share the same problem with armor, but I don't envy legion's problem with ranged.
Bloodtrackers are way better than warspears though. Trackers have stealth, are fast, and have more attacks. They don't need help getting delivered.

The thing is, none of that matters if your opponent has accurate sprays or any form of blast damage bigger than AOE 3 lol. I am not saying they are not good. I just think war spears hit harder and are more survivable overall
