What do you guys play into Haley 3? Tried Zaal 2 twice now and both games ended with Hakaar charging Haley supported by Auro of Power on Zaal 2. So 5 fully boosted swings and still lost both games. Problem is, except that i cant kill the Female Dog, that if the Haley player playes it well enough i don't get to charge with Hakaar, it is not hard to stay away as long as you remember righteous vengence.
On the rest of the field my immortals get slaughtered and there is very little i can do about it. If i don't get to go first it is pretty much over right there and gravedigger got +1 start roll.
Obviously i need to bring something to deal with this but what? It also have to deal with armor skew like Karchev and a bunch of heavies.

Just to clsrify: you're facing Haley3 in Gravediggers playing a recursion game, right?
Maybe Masters of War is your answer. Counter the +1, get rfp on your melee attacks, and Zaal2 runs living infantry just fine. Just use the feat to make yourself a bully on positioning on a critical turn.

No. Recursion is not the problem. Zero recursion during any of the games. Problem is that everything get shot of the table. And if i clump a unit there is even an Uranus solo that overtakes the entire unit backed up by Aiyana and Ragman. And forget about hitting anything at all unless you boost from Zaal 2 with Aura. Also, if i want to run Zaal 2 with immortals, which i do, i cant run him with living at the same time

Morghoul3 has been my greatest weapon vs Haley3. All he has to do is tag trenchers with blind to cripple the whole units output. Blind goes a long way in preventing temporal distortion from mattering defensively too, since its -4 def. Morg is also easily capable of getting his hands dirty and taking down echoes / main haley because his weapon is blessed.
Puppet master is really good since it smooths out any points of failure (like missing a boosted 8 to hit to hit a haley, or ensuring you blind your target)
my last game had him table her blockhouse+commandos based army using this list:
Theme: Masters of War 2 / 2 Free Cards 74 / 75 Army
Dominar Morghoul & Escorts - WB: +25 - Dominar Morghoul & Escorts (Cont.) - Aptimus Marketh - PC: 5 - Rhinodon - PC: 12 (Battlegroup Points Used: 12) - Titan Gladiator - PC: 15 (Battlegroup Points Used: 13)
Extoller Soulward - PC: 3 Extoller Soulward - PC: 3
Paingiver Beast Handlers - Leader & 3 Grunts: 5 Praetorian Swordsmen - Leader & 9 Grunts: 13 - Praetorian Swordsman Officer & Standard - Officer & Standard: 0 Tyrant Commander & Standard Bearer - Tyrant & Bearer: 0 Praetorian Ferox - Leader & 4 Grunts: 20 Legends of Halaak - Valgesh, CIdaar & J'Deth: 8 Praetorian Karax - Leader & 9 Grunts: 11 - Praetorian Karax Officer & Standard - Officer & Standard: 4
Although i'm most likely cutting legends, putting in eilish and upgrading the rhino to an aradus soldier.
Make sure to hug your more vulnerable models with Karax. Marketh sitting b2b with the karax standard bearer means chain blasts, blockhouse shots, or if they run them, grenadier aoes can't hurt him. Same goes for Mr ARM 14. he greatly appreciates a karax escort. Use terrain to your favour with morghouls reposition and also whenever you're in doubt, camp healthily on morg. Steady means force hammer loses a lot of its Oopmh in that Grandma can't just spam reload + boost damage, she has to boost to hit (10s) meaning you just have to tank 1 force hammer full boosted from main haley and baby and 3 boosted gunshots from grandma if haley goes for assassination. This is actually quite survivable just because your def never flatlines (also... once s piny growth change goes live its worth considering spending 1 for +2 arm on morg)

I play haley 3. Dont want to see makeda 1 zadesh, or mordikar masters of war void spirits. Makeda 1 imperial warhost, molik karn bullet, all the bugs, one unit of lil bugs, unit of cats, cat dragoon, 2 agonizers, krea, beast handlers. Carnage helps mitigate def buff, shield guards, steady. Whatever else you can fit.

Masters of war then... i dont play skorne, i just stomp them into dust. Can be built either way. Cats just threat super far with makeda 1 and are great for using both aspects of feat.

The issue here is that there are just some clearly overpowered choices here (Turtles!!) that are holding the underpowered ones back. It's just as bad in IWH. But we are getting a bit off-topic.
Other than that I'm also not sure what to play into Haley3. We just don't have a simple slot-in module to counter high defense. Cats should be strong into her, but lose hard to Nemo3. Maybe Mordikaar is the answer here. Void Spirits and Essence Blast threaten both Haley and her Trenchers. Not sure how well he plays into Nemo3, Haley2, Siege or Stryker2; those being the Cygnar casters I see the most. I guess it depends mostly on the number of Striders they bring. 0-1 should be doable.

Does Morghoul2 do okay? Haven't played the match yet but seems like you can get at least one nice turn from his army.

Yeah as long as you have a source of eyeless sight so you can blind behind the cloudwall. I still completely favour morg3 for it since hes got threat extension and model/unit (works on the Strong Strider too) blind. Mortality and the one turn of feat blind helps you overcome flux you just have to really make sure you demolish what you mortality since you don't have the added protection Night's Reflection gives by basically invalidating the whole unit
