Trollbloods are usually defined by above average hitting power and tankiness. Hexeris1 is not really ideal into them because they often have very few models for his feat and those that do trigger struggle vs tough and sometimes great stats.
One tool that hexy has that is appreciated is the ability to reach behind troll lines with arcing. They often run key solos and support models that help their list tick. Targeting these models such as the krielstone bearer is high priority.
Generally id recommend:
Morghoul2 - vs troll infantry the feat is powerful and Mortality is every trolls worst nightmare in the form of one spell. Morg will also kill most troll casters, somethinf very few can boast.
Morghoul3 - just generally if they are running infantry models or battle engines you can gain insane value out of blind. The only downside is vs battlegroups morg3 is quite bad and vs infantry hes a borderline negative play experience.
Makeda1 and makeda2 - mak2 built for cats in mow or mak1 built generally with a lot of armor cracking pieces is a good fight into trolls
Xerxis - his feat and defenders ward will win you a fair fight
Rasheth - Castigate is very very powerful. So is generally everything in his kit. He can also harrass the krielstone well with arcing through disposable models. Highlyrecommended.
Hexy2 - its possible to play him into trolls in warhost especially if you aggressively target the krielstone. Very very hard to stop hexeris2 from running wild.
In general id say keep your arcuarii if you like them since with proper support theyre passable. I wouldnt bring incindiarii va trolls though between high arm and immune pieces they dont do much work. Though parasite certainly does bolster them but they doe very easy.
Hexeris1 can certainly nake a game out of it though. Death march for mat fixing and parasite for arm is pretty good

Thanks for your advice. Im used to playing against cryx and circle so hight armor and strength isnt that common against me. I dont actually own any of the casters you mentioned unfortunatley however i do own Makeda and the exalted court Mordikaar Morghoul 1 Naaresh And obviously lort tyrant hexeris
As they have high armor i thought units like my incindinari and venator Slingers might be benificial as the AOE and continuous affects will generally take down their 1 hit troops. Being able to spell swap and use warbeasts as arc nodes is also benificial as it allows me to lower the armor of one unit/model, take it down and move the spell to another model. His feat can be difficult to pull off but i ended up taking nearly half of an army off the table on feat turn. Thought the despoiler and agoniser with Mordikaar might work. Combo dark shroud and -2 strength is always a bonus too.
I have been playing with the idea of using models like the bloodrunners to tackle troll infantry with anatomical precision along with tyrant rhadeim to tackle the armor problem. Not sure how effective it will be though.

First time I fought trolls I took my Zaal1 Exalted against them. Turns out they can turn off incorporeal. Things were... tricky.

Troll here. If you see Borka2 (easy to pick out, hrs riding a bear) and a swamp troll, do not bring a Mammoth. It'll be running at -3 to attack rolls for most of the game due to the swarm Animus and counter-charge. Oh, and an Annoying whelp that won't stop humping the mammoth's toe. My local Skorne player loved his Mammoth and got desperate enough to try things like power striking the swamp troll away so he could buy attacks on things he wanted to hurt. I don't face Skorne much lately, but I hate the cataphract with shield wall and CMA if that helps any.

I just played my first skorve vs trolls list last night and they surprised me. Everything having tough was really difficult to deal with and sanguine bonded champions was crazy value. I don't think anything in my list was "good" against them, it was a fair fight. He killed a bronzeback with +2 arm in only 3 hits!
With the casters you listed, morg 1 has a feat that will shut down the kriel stone and he has anatomical precision. And an anti tough spell if you ever cast it. Bring him with an archidon for sprint and you'll get some value.

Bring him with an archidon for sprint and you'll get some value. if morg1 is in position to use anatomical precision (on his melee weapon..) on the stone, the game is already over, either morg is about to die horribly or the stone is throwing itself away to try to desperately contest one last zone. Generally i've found the best answer to champions is guns. Guns can concentrate fire fairly well, ignore the anti charge part of madraks feat (if they are running hte maddy1 brick) and potentially be outside of retaliation range. You just concentrate them down, give maddy as little healing value as possible. Shoot models they want to take the tough roll on, not models who they will transfer after the first couple shots. following that its about spell value like Nights Reflection on morg3 Melee can work you just need some really strong MAT fixer involved

That was meant as two separate thoughts, my apologies. His feat can shut down the stone for a turn. He himself can deny tough to anything through anatomical precision, which morg needs to play more forward (fury 5) so he can utilize it. Using an archidon for sprint allows you to get in and do work (side steps helps here) and get back out. Admonition further protects him. Plan to have some shooting soften things up (animantrix is a worthy investment).
Also consider some snacking warbeasts

Also consider some snacking warbeasts Snacking does nothing. Sanguine bond is prevented by almost nothing (only non attacks) and in mk3 snacking is not anti tough so the only benefit is you also get to RFP them if the beast kills them and they fail their tough
