OMG wtf BBQ! Cost 8 on the watcher! Pretty nice! Yeah and Mat 6. Still think he needed 1 more tweak but oh well. Overall I’m pretty happy with the changes. Wolds are in a really really good place now. And now my list is official it’s time to start my Krueger 2 Bones thread.

I am sad the wold guardian did not get a better animus. And that the woldwatcher didn't get that one tweak he needed. But on the whole, very happy with the changes.

Do these changes affect your lists at all, or do just play them as you had them and now they are just better?

Do these changes affect your lists at all, or do just play them as you had them and now they are just better? They don't and they do. The biggest change imo is the stone shaper solo having enrage for wolds. This doesn't actually change what most of the lists look like, but it does change what they can play into now that the heavies are no longer pillow-fisted. What this does change, quite dramatically, is what you can do with your list-pairing. You no longer are forced to bring an armour-cracking list alongside your Bones list. Hell, if ou want to bring Wurmwood / Mohsar / Tanith in Bones, you can even make your bones list be the armour-cracking portion of your pairing. So the net result is that the change actually does more to modify your second list than it does to modify your bones lists, and that's pretty cool. -und_ed

He turns geomancy from a cute ability into a main ability. Gallows, electric thingy, TK and TK... did I mention TK?
Don't know how good it'll be but it's going to have options...

I'm so happy for the Stoneshaper update. I'm attending a tournament this week-end, the timing is just perfect. Gonna get revenge on all those that called my wolds pillow-fisted

Noone is mentioning the World Guardian. With 1 point less and 1 point more damage is he still not playable? I really like the model and am just wondering.

One question: I've read many people are using Krueger2 with bones. Is he so good with wolds? Do you like fast Wolds? What about wolds that can put AoE’3’s of nope down for infantry? What about wolds that Control Enemy heavies? Or shoot a solid Pow 13 Control Nuke. Krueger 2 in Bones is the “I LIKE MAKING CHOICES” list. You have options every single turn and it has excellent control elements. It plays well into a lot of different match ups. Oh, and it has silly good assasination vectors.

Pretty sure Bradigus has room for a couple... POW 25 after all the bells&whistles solves a lot of stuff...
