Feast of the fallen question

I can't tell if the third scenario gives the winner of the Company game an effective extra 20-25 points, or if the Company force has to be built in to the army you play. Anybody have a clue? The first would be crazy except that I'm getting the impression that Company and Warmahordes prefer almost entirely incompatible sets of models. The latter option feels very limiting for both forces, but it's a casual season, so again, who knows?
