Alright fellow Trollses. I've got my first SR since the changes have been implemented coming up in late november (damn you uni exams). I've decided to go with a slightly modified D3 list that I feel really comfortable with, and a Madrak1 list (DUH!).
My first list is slightly modified D3 (to make room for new mulg) list that I shamelessly pulled from here. I have played this list probably at least 30 times, and into many different types of lists as well, including inf spam (like makeda cats and Irusk2 pikemen) and scenario. I feel exxxxxtremely comfortable wiith this list, and now Mulg can be an arcnode, D3 can start spell slinging rather than just being his feats + animi bot.

[Theme] The Power of Dhunia
(Doomshaper 3) Hoarluk Doomshaper, Dire Prophet [+26]

Normally my storm troll stays at the back of the MK to either shoot him in the back or hit him in the back with his animus up to clear any high def inf jam the opponent throws my way. The NKs also stay nearby, ready for a D3 minifeat to spray any inf out of the way as well. If the list is a little shooty 1 also stays nearby.
The other list is a Maddy1 list that is completely open for change. I played this on the weekend and it worked, but I feel some more tinkering is needed. I love having farstrike up here, but I'm thinking I'm going to try the GK list we've seen thrown around. Maybe an Mk. Totally open to change here.
The only thing I don't like about this list is my inability to make tough rolls.

I've left him at 5 pts down because thats what I played on the weekend without realising. There's a LOT of options to change about in this list. The last three points could go to an Eilish (a puppet master really makes me feel more comfortable on proccing blood boon) while also being able to strip an upkeep. Or I could go min stone and squeeze in a sorc + Eilish. Or a Sorc + Skaldi. Or something else.
Let me know your thoughts my fellow trolls. I'm not the best player but I've definitely come forwards in leaps an bounds over the past 6 months (this game forces you to). I'd rather try and keep the D3 list as is, as I'd rather only have 1 list I'm not super experienced with in the pairing.
