Yes, fellow Blackclads, it happened, the PP Circle Forum went away. But like the sneaky, devious druids we are, all it takes is a few shifting stones and BAMF! We're ported elsewhere to fight on another day.
I'm putting up a new thread, carrying on the proud tradition of the Wilding Way that's been organized by the Druids of old. I'd also like to give a special shout out to a few old Druids who have contributed greatly to the lore:
Fildrigar, maintainer of the Wilding Way thread for most of MkII
Po the Barbarian, who picked up the torch towards the end of MkII
Ruan, who put together what was quite possibly the best faction FAQ ever seen
LEJ, Walter, Blaque, Skillt, Erlkoenig, bobliness and many others who helped me and other newbies find their groove.
The Wilding Way will be a compilation of the best documentation that the Circle community comes up with. Please feel free to post links to new material, and also to point out when material becomes out of date. The idea is that this resource will last for a long time. Stuff that's relevant now may change dramatically as new models are released, metas shift and rules change. A good Druid knows how to plant seeds, but also how to prune the dead wood, so don't be afraid to say "hey, this is old, maybe let's drop it."
To reduce clutter in the thread, I will ask a mod to prune posts once I've incorporated the content into the main posts. Nothing personal, it just doesn't make sense to have dozens of posts with the same links that are already in the main Wilding Way posts.
Also, in keeping with the past rules, any forum post that's in the Wilding Way is OK to necro for the purposes of adding new info to it.
Finally, if you're writing stuff on your personal blog, please consider copying the text to a new forum post. It's a lot easier for a wider range of people to comment and discuss here than it is on individual blogs.
