Here is my first draft of the list I was thinking about, it is CID and banking on the new dudes.
(Krueger 2) Krueger the Stormlord [+27] - Circle Army - 68 / 75 points - [Theme] The Bones of Orboros - Megalith [20] - Wold Wight [5] (Pre-release) - Wold Wight [5] (Pre-release) - Woldwarden [14] (CID) - Woldwarden [14] (CID) - Woldwyrd [9] - Woldwyrd [9] Blackclad Stoneshaper [0(3)] Blackclad Stoneshaper [3] Blackclad Wayfarer [0(4)] Blackclad Wayfarer [0(4)] Sentry Stone & Mannikins [5] Sentry Stone & Mannikins [5] Shifting Stones [3] Shifting Stones [3]
For the final points i'm looking at
Gobbers Bellows because clouds and forests can help control more of the agression Alten Ashley to apply Grievous and as a good Flag solo that can still contribute
Kick my ideas and provide your own!

I think I like yours better. Leaving out the fulcrum leaves more room for battlegroup and if the point is a gunline drop then the shield guards are probably better than one huge base that will just explode and be out ranged.

The issue I have with dropping the fulcrum is losing beteran leader and Fury management. Both of those things help the army work incredibly efficiently. Shapers with magic 7 sprays And Wayfarers at Magic 8 are excellent for clearing models. Krueger at “Fury8” and Rat 7 is also excellent because you are suddenly in the not always having to boost threshold. Also, You only need 8’s to hit Def 16 witch is excellent. Even Boosted 9’s only hit around half the time. Boosted 8’ams are more consistently
Veteran leader and Fury Managment has been just as/ if not more relevant to me than it’s Guns...

My problem with the wrath that Kruerger2 don't ARM buff him, he'll probably be shot off the table and TK doesn't help him directly... I like the fulcrum because k2 makes him go as far as it is possible in circle... But I can't seem to find points for him and wyrds...

I like the fulcrum because k2 makes him go as far as it is possible in circle... But I can't seem to find points for him and wyrds... windstorm can help him avoid getting murdered at long range. -5 range to guns means most high pow shots that can scare him have to get close to shoot. You just have to keep krueger close to him. The point of the wrath IMO with krueger 2 is for the 5" aoe added to the lightning field of Nope. Wrath, plus 2 lightning storm aoe's covers a good chunk of the baord. you can even use manikins as "lightning rods" to place the AOE's. Fulcrum with Krueger 2 is excellent. I really struggle taking a list with him without it. He gains so much from it and it gains so much from him. Between shifting stones and TK you can place that thing like 12+ inches a turn easily. That's not even counting the damage it can deal to all sorts of targets. I include hutchuck in my K2 list because the fulcrum will wreck a rusted heavy. You can even move the fulcrum up, shoot some stuff and tk it away like a kind of re position. Seriously...so many options with the fulcrum. I plan on running this: Krueger: Bones -Megs -Warden -2 Wyrds Fulcrum 2 Wayfaerers 2 Shapers 2 Sentry Stones shifting stones with UA 2 Gallows Groves Hutchuck!!!!! *plays sexy guitar riff* Into Beast spam you can typically attrition and against Jack spam you can wreck heavies with Rust and enrage. It is very shooty but can beat the snot out of something in melee if it needs to. Hutchuck is an excellent solo in SR2017. Enemy has an ambushing unit? Go second and ambush Hutchuck in behind them! Need to knockdown and high def target? Fling a quake bomb, need to go cap that flag in spread the net? Ambush and kill the lame solo sitting on it. The dude is a boss. Use Krueger plus megs and warden to throw down 4 3" lightning storm aoes to give the middle finger to advancing infantry. Overall the list will wreck anything but the heaviest of beast and jack bricks. Also, it literally laughs at cygnar storm division while not being too concerned about lightning immunity itself. Ugh...I love krueger so much.

I absolutely like the fulcrum with him, so much that I'm currently playing two.
This is my list:
Circle Orboros - Krueger2 Theme: The Bones of Orboros 3 / 3 Free Cards 75 / 75 Army Stockpile - Steamroller Objective
Krueger the Stormlord - WB: +27 - Woldwyrd - PC: 9 - Woldwyrd - PC: 9 - Woldwarden - PC: 14 - Woldwarden - PC: 14 Celestial Fulcrum - PC: 19 Celestial Fulcrum - PC: 19 Blackclad Stoneshaper - PC: 0 Blackclad Stoneshaper - PC: 0 Blackclad Wayfarer - PC: 0 Gallows Grove - PC: 2 Sentry Stone & Mannikins - Leader & 3 Grunts: 5 Sentry Stone & Mannikins - Leader & 3 Grunts: 5 Shifting Stones - Leader & 2 Grunts: 3 Shifting Stones - Leader & 2 Grunts: 3
In this version the fulcrums are the models doing most of the hard work, through TK, stone teleport and mutual veteran leader boost, they are able to do amazing work against low and medium armors. The warden just TK hard targets or the fulcrum themselves to deny engage and provide cracking.
Until now I found it extremely versatile, the only lists where you don't want to drop it are khador armor screw, colossals and maybe menoth jacks.
(if you are checking fury, yes, I cut for a couple a turn to be able to fuel all of it, but the amount of fury used each turn this way by caster, battlegroup, fulcrum and sentry stones is just amazing)
