Hello guys !
I was just wondering what are your thought on minions in Circle. Are there any must buy? What is good or/and fun to play in our faction?

Gobber chefs and bellows crew can easily fit into a list.
In terms of actual pigs and crocs, brigands seem to be a great choice for in theme forces.

Bellows crew have proven to be really useful, and I think I'll pick up the Gobber chef just to have a nice 1 point model, in addition to its usefulness. So +1 to@Rezfon 's post above.

Hello guys ! I was just wondering what are your thought on minions in Circle. Are there any must buy? What is good or/and fun to play in our faction? We actually work well with minions. We have a few casters that can assist them without needing the minions to be friendly faction. Solos: Hutchuck: The dude does work I love him. Ambush is a really good control piece, rust is fantastic for cracking jacks, brain damage is situational, and the Knockdown is awesome. He also can rfp with his melees attack making him good at scalping out important leaders if your opponent is not carefull. Gobber chef: Fury management, flag control, and cheap contesting all for a rock bottom price. Mist speaker: CiD has him giving eyeless sight to any model not just Friendly Faction makes him a very interesting option Ogrun Bokur: Shield guard and client means he is not only a great defensive solo, but also a durable and hard hitting contesting piece. Gremlin swarm: Best contesting and jamming pieces in the game IMO.if you are playing out of theme 2 can annoy an opponent to no end. Units: Bone grinders: They are excellent souls for Wurmwood and craft tallisman is much appreciated on a lot of our casters Brigands: Excellent combat minion unit. Use with wurmwood or mohsar to get thier guns to Pow 16 with prey and curse Shamblers: Good tarpit, excellent self sac choice in secret masters but also has troubles getting corpses in that theme. Swamp gobbers: Cheap way to trigger prowl, block Los, or score round zones. Love em cuz they are so darn cheap. Lynuss and Edrea: Preposed CiD changes make them interesting. Lynus is good for heals and the occasional applied knowledge for a big CRA/CMA. Edrea gained the ability to remove cloud effects (that includes standing terrain like fog and burning earth) and that is huge for us for fighting silly lists like haley 3 with trenchers or KoN/High Reclaimer. It also means druids and mist riders are even less desirable :,(

I heard good things about the Gatorman Posse and Wrong Eye and Snapjaw. Do they work well?

Yesterday I tried the CID version of the Spirit Cauldron unit on two games, and I love it. I used a tharn army with Wurmwood. The two games the cauldron provided corpses to my Death Wolves and Chieftains, while also being useful with Puppet Master. I will get this unit once it hits stores.

The proposed changes to Lynus and Edrea make them obscene.
Combine with either a unit of reeves or with a celestial fulcrum, and you will never have to worry about a cortex again

Seems legit. Its so sad that a lot of the secret masters lists I see completely ignore the theme benefits entirely. Its basically the "Turn 1 upkeeps" theme now...

If I could take the fulcrum in Wild Hunt I'd transpose this exact list over to it for a better theme benefit.

Half of Una's card is all about Griffons, and it's all really strong stuff that requires no FURY.
- Flank (griffons) in CTRL - sprint in CMD - +2 SPD and immune to melee for a turn (feat)
All of the above is only for griffons. The only reason I'm cramming the fulcrum shenanigans into Una2's world is that the Fulcrum is bananas with Hand of Fate (already a staple of my Una2 list).
If I want to pull stunts in Bones I'll probably go for Wurmy, even though it pains me not bringing WoO to feed him souls. You could even be boring and bring some version of Baldur.

I wasn't advocating for playing 2UNA without birds I have been using Bone grinders as souls. Wurmy really likes craft talisman and a max unit can keep him happy for 2 turns.

Posse aren't terrible, they are comparable to Skinwalkers, trading extra tankiness for an extra attack. Posse also currently look like they will probably be getting cheaper and have their re-roll prayer affect any missed attack instead of just against living models. I wish Circle had more buffs that could affect out-of-faction models, if we did I would probably bring Posse all the time.
