Hello faithfuls !
I'm curently debating over taking double exemplar errants in Interdiction. I have been impressed with those recently as they have been the MVP of my last two games.
Is it worth it taking two max unit+UA?

Hello faithfuls ! I'm curently debating over taking double exemplar errants in Interdiction. I have been impressed with those recently as they have been the MVP of my last two games. Is it worth it taking two max unit+UA? Depends on the caster but there is nothing unimpressive about 22 blessed assault crossbows being launched downwind. I want to run the following with testament: Testament -Castigator -Guardian Max Errants with UA X2 Knights E with UA X3 2 Wracks 2 Mechaniks Around 45 bodies on the table and all of them weaponmasters. I currently run with what I own so there are cinerators in there instead of the extra solos and a unit of Knights E but errants are pretty good when supported. Honestly if they had pathfinder more people would be in to them. People underestimate how stubborn errants can be on the table but with testament they just never go away (always keep the banner back so they never wipe the unit.) Double errants also works with Vinny, Kreoss 2, and Thyra Believe it or not. All three of them support them very well and love them some knights exemplar charges.

I run a Testament List very similar to the one above. Two units of Errants that just keep coming back is a nightmare for many opponents.

If you're taking double Errants then it might be worth considering a Sanctifier or two since they can pick up souls when they sacrifice.

The double errant style has been a thing lately, it's good times. While they certainly aren't the unit they used to be, the AD option + 2" additional deployment in Interdiction just gives you a massive amount of table control you won't really get elsewhere, and they're still a pretty pain in the butt to deal with little tarpit at the end of the day. And hey, blessed bows and melee weapon masters, they can get stuff done. I'm working on painting my two units of errants right now which is just... a party...

Tell me about it, I had this bright idea of making every night in my army unique (like feudal lords) and it has been a party...luckily I have been watching some decent shows while I paint which makes it bearable haha.

My paint scheme for Menoth is pretty simplistic, only difference between the different exemplar units really is the helmet so I can tell units apart. Luckily it's a scheme that also goes up very quickly... gold spray paint is legit.

Do you hate yourself that much? Just painting exemplar is torture enough for me. Let alone making each unique.

I mean as long as I keep Menofixes on everyone I am sure the creator will approve right?....*glances nervously at scrutator* It is mostly about color. I hate painting, like honestly despise it. But making stories and stuff for "my dudes" is one of the big motivations for painting for me. Well that and when my wife decides to watch shows like charmed...nothing gets me in the painting room like when I hear the charmed intro come on
