I have the feeling that Kraye in Gravedigger may need Express team, to allow his list to finish something heavy in two turn (Grievous wound preventing the big thing to be repaired).
For me, I'm toying with this idea (not tested yet) :
Cygnar Army - 75 / 75 points [Theme] Heavy Metal - Cygnar Jack Spam
(Kraye 1) Captain Jeremiah Kraye [+28] - Centurion [17] - Charger [9] - Charger [9] - Charger [9] - Hammersmith [12] - Ironclad [12] - Ironclad [12] - Ironclad [12] - Squire [0(5)] Captain Arlan Strangewayes [0(4)] Journeyman Warcaster [0(4)] - Sentinel [8] Field Mechaniks (min) [3]

Yes, big things are a problem. Knocking down targets that wont be killed in one is also very important as it means that you can repo away without eating a free strike. Express team will help with getting some KDs. Looking forward to picking it up in a couple of weeks. I think a centurion will become an ironclad to afford it.

Not well so far but very early days! Finding that I am getting bogged down by stuff. Lack of armour buff in gravediggers means that you have to be able to hit and run to stay alive, a playstyle that I love. But it is hard to pull off without a damage buff. Maybe I need to rethink my list

It looks really interesting, but when I compare it to other bricks (Zaadesh2, The Child, Karchev, etc.) I don't see P+S 18 cutting it.

It looks really interesting, but when I compare it to other bricks (Zaadesh2, The Child, Karchev, etc.) I don't see P+S 18 cutting it. I've tried a very similar list, except I have 2x Centurion, 2x Hammersmith, and 1x Ironclad, and I like putting a Charger and Sentinel with a Trencher junior. It plays well into other beast bricks because of scenario pressure. I've been able to win on Spread The Net pretty reliably against beast bricks (I tend to play that scenario often for some reason), but on scenarios with fewer scoring elements it can be rough. The thing the list has over most other bricks is speed. If you go first it usually puts you in a great position to get the alpha or at least start piece trading on your own terms. The problem is indeed armor 21+, though. I've found that Beacon from the feat is really necessary against those problems. The free charge can make the difference quite often. If it's not on feat turn, it generally will take two heavies to take out one on the other side of the board, but this isn't always the worst thing if you can do the positioning well, as the second heavy can then reposition 5" back to threaten whatever is going to kill the first heavy that went in. One thing I've really come to love about Kraye is that he's speed 8 with Repo 5. My opponent thought there was no way I was going to take his flag one turn, but I was able to walk up with kraye, shoot stuff, put admonition on myself, and reposition onto his flag, scoring 4 points that turn. He conceded after his following turn as I would have scored another 3 very easily. You don't really see beast bricks doing stuff like that very often. With 2x Centurion, it's pretty well guaranteed that you'll be contesting all the time.

There is so much things to test and paint actually (new Trenchers, improved Gun Mages, etc...) But I will try as soon as I can. Sure, compared to other faction, in Cygnar, we cannot bring a true high ARM Spam, or a very hard hitting heavy spam... we have to rely on "soft" spam, with ARM 18/19 (21 with Centurions), and POW 17/18. I think Kraye can bring something here, with hit'n'run tactics... that's why I think the three Chargers are quite needed, here : to force opponent to make non-optimal move, to start piece trade, and to harass/soften it before charging it heavily.
