My nit picks. (I'm not trying to be mean. I like the idea. Just a few negative pieces really stand out)
Anyssa - Very lack luster in most game aspects but aslo anti-synergy. Sniper on a pow 12 WM bow? I can't think I'd ever trade the boostable damage roll for a single point of dmg. Speed 7? Why did she get so much slower? Lost gunfighter and RoF2? spelling = Cavalry. Dragon's bane is far too powerful (even if conditional. ie Living model) to be an upkeep spell. An attack run by her could be (in your version) 19" 2x Pow 14 +5d6 Rat 9 versus a living warnoun under feat and she'd still be camping 2 17" away from the target. That's overbearing while the rest of her kit is rather boring. If that's the intent then that's fine; it's your vision.
Bayal - Very in-melee caster that has literally no survival mechanics and very little to do outside of being in melee. At least Rhyas has a good chance of dropping heavies. Dismember and disruption seem starkly opposed and I don't think really fit together. It's more like you are trying to cram more conditional rules into the attack to make it more damaging than it should be.
BFS - Interesting in more ways than one. But aren't all 3 of them supposed to have battle wizard? I think they could use their stealth spell back.

I've always thought (hoped) that if Bayal was a caster he would either have Fog of War or - more desired - Shadow Pact. Would be a good way to get that spell back into Legion.

As for gunfighter, I actually tested her in a game and decided it was too powerful: as was spd 9 (may bump it up to 8). If you want lore, I had the idea of a blighted-up ulk that had straight pitch and a higher pow. I wanted something more unique with Bayal, thats why I gave him a lot of toolbox (plus if you could see what envision for his weapons, you'd see why I gave him both. Good for raking across stomachs, and also for "tinkering"). I plan on giving him snapstrike and soul strike, once I get to my computer. Oops, forgot battlewizard. Thanks for catching that! Will be sure to add that in. Stealth spell + FoW is too much imo.

I think Shadow pack was too cheap. Something like Shadowmancer where Battlegroup models in CMD gain Stealth and some other buff for a cost would be better.

I've already commented on the BFS, but for the other two: What role do you have in mind for these two casters? Annyssa looks like a mounted version of Lylyth2, but her spells seem like a mix. Bayal seems like he wants to be near the front attacking models and slinging spells, but doesn't have any survivability to fulfill that role. I like Annyssa's feat and Bayal Elite Cadre though.

I mostly just asked myself "what would these characters look like taken to the max?" and thats what I got. Honestly Bayal probably needs to be upgraded to fury 6 and grab one more spell. Anyssa would be a ranged warlock who supports a melee army, I suppoae.

Oh I love pointless homebrewing. Let me try:
Bayal, [thing] of Everblight Legion of Everblight Blighted Nyss Hex Hunter Warlock
SPD 6, STR 6, MAT 8, RAT 4, DEF 16, ARM 14, CMD 9, Fury 6 Stealth, Pathfinder, Steady
Hex Blade [Magical, Weapon Master, Shadow Bind] RNG 2, P+S 12
Elite Cadre [Blighted Nyss Hex Hunters]: Friendly Blighted Nyss Hex Hunter models gain Repositon [3"]. Other friendly Blighted Nyss Hex Hunter models gain Advace Deployment. Battle Caster: Once per turn, when this model destroys one or more enemy models with a melee attack during its activation, immediately after the attack is resolved it can cast one of its spells. This model gains an additional die to all attack and damage rolls made as part of spells cast this way. Discard one die from each of these rolls.
Spells: Hellbound Icy Grip Chasten Shadow Beast [RNG6 Upkeep; Target warbeast in this model's battlegroup gains Ghostly and Reposition [3"].]
Feat: Friendly faction models gain +2 to magic attack and damage rolls while in this model's control range. Enemy models suffer -2 to attack rolls while in this model's command range. [feat] lasts for one round.

Eh, might as well get in on the Bayal love. Bayal, Storm of Everblight (WB +24) Legion of Everblight Blighted Nyss Hex Hunter Warlock Spd 7, Str 7, Mat 8, Rat 5, Def 15, Arm 14, CMD 10, Fury 7 Stealth, Pathfinder, Parry, Immunity: Cold Winter's Razor RNG 1, POW 6, P+S 13 Magical, Weapon Master, Critical Stationary, Dispel Hex Razor Rng .5, Pow 4, P+S 11 Magical, Weapon Master, Shadow Bind Blood Boon, Snow Wreathed, Precision Strike, Duelist. Spell List: Mirage Frost Hammer Silence of Death Occult Whispers Hoarfrost Feat [Glacial Blightwind]: When an enemy model suffers a magical damage roll made by a friendly faction model while in Bayal's control range, add +2 to the damage roll. When an enemy model is disabled by a magic damage roll while in Bayal's control range, place a 4" AOE centered on the disabled model, and then remove the model from play. The Aoe is a cloud effect that stays in play for one round. Enemy models without Immunity: Cold suffer -2 def while within the AOE. Glacial Blightwind lasts for One Round. Pretty quick version, but I think ti captures what I would expect a full version of Bayal to look like. He also happens to give the faction some much needed RFP, which I honestly think is both fairly fluffy for the magical assassin, and a niche that he can fill quite easily. Occult Whispers and the Feat are meant to emphasize his use with the Throne, Sorceress on Hellion, and our 3 magical units (BFS, The Witches, and Hex Hunters.) I also quickly threw together a basic example list, using Double Throne as a basis to make use of his really strong casting buffs, especially with the addition of double Ice Witches for Puppet Master. The list uses the Twins as a substitute, because his spell list is strong enough that I felt the lower WB points appropriate. Hope you like it!
