38 boxes and unhallowed is now all undead +2 arm against magic+ranged attacks and no blast damage.
Bane Knights are now p+s 18 against shooting and Bane Riders are potentially arm 22. Whoo whoo.
Edit:30-38 boxes

The bane cid is also happening at the same time, so this should be interesting

Whelp looks like I'll be needing a Wraith Engine. If that goes though that's going to be massive.

The new WE will become a faction staple if those rules stick unchanged. At least I own all the banes! I'm just so happy that Cryx is going to be put under the spotlight for the CID.

The interesting point will be to see where it lands in points. but im liking the direction and effort being put into it.

I don't know, seems pretty good but I also assume it'll be a far cry from auto-include due to the points investment required.
Regardless, happy to see the Cryx-stone.

I'm guessing if it stays at the current points, it will lose 1 or 2 abilities. I don't think it will lose Incorporeal because it's still a Wraith, won't lose Machine Wraiths because it would leave a lot of people with extra stock. So, probably Cleave and/or Apparition. It's still Cryx so will most likely be on the lower end of that range of boxes they mentioned, so 30. Maybe it will be fine as-is.
I'm liking that they're increasing the boxes, because that was kind of their problem, they cost as much as a good jack, but can't get focus and have worse survivability. Upping boxes and making the support ability more widely useful will really make it a solid choice. Also, since it will buff itself and doesn't count in melee anymore, there will be less incentive to take 2 of them, which I think is a good thing.
I do hope that it won't become like the Stone in that everything is balanced around having 1, but at a high price point and only working on mostly infantry, I think that will be fine, as unbuffed infantry will almost always die to guns.

Wraith Engine already lost apparition going into Mark3. I honestly don't see the point in speculating until the CiD is out & tested. With just how much some of the Grymkin have changed during testing I'd rather not get my hopes up now only to see them dashed during the testing phase.

I agree, though I think it likely that they will leave Unhallowed as spoiled and tweak in other areas. Sorry about the mistake, I haven't actually had a chance to play it yet in MK3.

I hope across the board battle engines gain a way to boost attack/damage and buy attacks. Souls, corpses, rage, power, leeching fury, whatever mechanic they need to make it happen. But i think battle engines as a whole need to be a little more independent with how they operate.

I've played the WE and it's great unless your opponent has the ability to make magical guns. I ended up having to take inflictors/brutes in order to avoid things like sacral vaults and ironback spitters made magical by a mist speaker. They really are cute (especially for deny landing spots).

Those changes will be perfect for running Engine with Bane Knights and Wrong Eye. It'd be a solid brick.

Honestly some of the battle engines are significantly better off than others. Gun Carriages curb stomp around here and don't need a lot of help. Basically having the ranged attacks makes it a lot easier to get value out of battle engines. The Wraith Engine's issue is mostly that it's a melee piece, so you're not necessarily getting a lot of use out of it game-to-game. So, I'm not super sure the price really needs to jump up that much, if at all.

Playing Terminus in Ghost Fleet lets you take exactly 60 points of Revenants, 2 Inflictors and a Wraith Engine. If it stays as it is, that would be our "You brought shooting? That's so cute!"-list, but it might be a bit much.
