So this what ive been considering to purchase as my stable to get me into this game. I think it might be a little overboard as it gives me potentially 3+ list options with two casters for my local Meta that does SRs each month.
AIO Army Box - 2017 MKIII Battle Box Lich Lord Asphyxious Aiakos (Solo) Stalker Satyxis Raiders Satyxis Sea Witch (UA)
Things Ive also considered but am a little concerned about "fitting" my two casters from the boxes and making sense in lists:
-Leviathan (I like its shooting capabilities, and maybe the other two magnetized options workout soon?) -Satyxis Raider Captain (Anti-Knock down when I take Raiders is nice?) -Machine Wraith (Two point filler that can be a little bit of a pest for scenario/keep around the WC for help?) -Wrong Eye & Snapjaw - Are they good for Jackspam lists or really only when you have infantry heavy lists for Star-Crossed?) -Warwitch Siren - Free focus on a jack, and mobility/threat/WC Protection?
Thoughts? Basically ready to buy. Dont ideally want to spend this much (if I get it all,) but if its value and ALL these models make sense between the two WC's then I see it as an investment. Buy..Paint..Play.."Done." (Done in regards to not worrying about buying much more to play SRs/LGS Games)
***Note: My biggest thing is not trying to have any of this collect dust, less me favoring a list..and want to make sure they can be go into lists that can overall be semi-competative. Ive said it before, and ill say it again..im 100000% okay losing for 6-8 months straight before my first legitimate win. I want to know im losing with viable lists though, and im only really losing due to lack of knowledge/synergy/tactical decisions.

Personally my advice is to play a couple proxy game's first before jumping into major purchases. Honestly everything you've listed sounds like a great starting point, but if you don't actually enjoy the models it's not as great. Like the Battlebox is great value, but only if you plan to play those models. If you don't enjoy playing Agathia and aren't a fan of the Reaper or Slayer (I'm not a slayer fan, and I shelved my Reaper in favor of other jacks for now), and have no plans to convert either into Erebus or Malice you're essientially paying $40 for a Deathripper. I actually like Agathia, and turned my BB slayer into Erebus so I consider the Box worth it, but I know many players who prefer dislike Agathia and who's lists don't run anything on the slayer chassis at all. For players like that the Box is a waste of $40. The same is true for the AIO. If you like Asphyxious3 (I love the guy, I just haven't setted on a list build though) the AIO, Stalkers, Satyxis are all amazing buys for him. If you're not a fan of his style the AIO might not be worth it.
Test out he stuff you're looking to buy before you buy it. That's really the only sure fire way to guarantee minimal models dedicated to making your shelf look pretty.
